Bad. This is my second attempt since they renovated and I am disappointed again. Whats so hard to understand cheese on top of garlic knots?! Last time I came after they just renovated the man told me they cannot put cheese on the garlic knots. Ummm ??? What kind of a pizza shop doesn't do this? He was going back and forth with someone else who worked there and he told him he can do it for me… when im telling you they put a mountain of cheese on the garlic knots.. it was never going to melt. Then they were burning my pizza. I told them to take my pizza out & they took out the unmelted cheesy garlic knots. At that point I was done I walked out… the photo is from this time. I waited over 15 minutes for one slice and garlic knots w cheese. Again it was an issue. I literally saw that they gave another lady my garlic knots w cheese and the girl behind the register knew and told the other workers and tapped up my box in attempt for me not to notice until I got home. Obviously im going to open it and check & of course no cheese on garlic knots or marinara sauce that I paid for. Then had to wait again only for my slice to be cold and garlic knots the cheese still wasn't melted. There was only about 5 people there and they seemed super overwhelmed

You can kinda tell after reading the reviews and interacting with the staff over phone and in person that they’re pretty much a no nonsense attitude with customers. Honestly I don’t think they’re being offensive but probably expect the customers to be smarter human beings. Typical NYC attitude I think ha. APART FROM THIS, I find their pizza excellent. I buy them in the large 18” where you can make the pizza half and half which is an amazing deal. So far we’ve tried the veggie, fratelli and bbq chicken toppings and LOVED them all. The crust comes perfectly thin and crispy with the right amount of toppings- not too top heavy/oily or spare. I suppose if you don’t anticipate exceptional service or you’re not too sensitive or bothered by the staff you should enjoy yourself here….

Great pizza and delivery! One of a few places that closes past midnight with a great variety of fresh and delicious pizzas. I've been a client for many years and I have been always received cordially with a smile! Music and TV are always on to distract our busy minds. Seatings and tables are spacious, comfortable and clean. 5 bucks for a slice of pizza and a Snapple! Can't go wrong if you're on a budget or can't find an open place at late night in Forest Hills.

Worst place ever!!! Please boycott this place and spend your money elsewhere. Occasionally, I go in if the grocery store has closed and I have no food since it’s down the street, but the quality food is poor. I usually wake up the next day with stomach pain but was attributing it to random occurances. Now, it’s clear these people are selling old pizza and maybe even expired cheese. Yesterday, I decided to get two slices and the man behind the counter asked me what I wanted. When I went to tell him he starts ringing someone else up (never told me hold on a sec and took his sweet time) so I said it would’ve been nice if you would’ve put my pizza in and then from there all hell let loose. The guy starts yelling saying he had to finish up with a customer but in my mind he should’ve never asked me what I wanted if that was the case. I sat down and waited for the two slices that I wanted which I saw him pick up and put in the oven. As I’m sitting, the other guy who usually gets the orders from the back starts screaming and pointing but I already ordered so I was confused as to who he was talking to. I look around and he’s like “I’m talking to you, you” at the top of his lungs in front of a bunch of customers. I walked up to him and was like what’s the problem. Then he goes into this rage talking about I’m rude to have sat down without giving my order. I’m like I totally gave the guy my order what’s the problem. Then both men starts yelling and screaming at me (mind you - I’m a women). I walked out telling them I was reporting them to 311 and writing them bad reviews. I went over to yelp and read awful reviews that you can read yourself. Even one man who said the guy behind the counter threatened to kill him! This place needs to be shut down. There were tons of reviews regarding them talking to their customers like trash. I was extremely embarrassed at the way these two men ganged up on a women over two slices of pizza in front of everyone on something that was already ordered. Please do not give your money to these people!!!!!!!!! They had their grade taken away a few months back and even had the grade placed all the way at the bottom so you wouldn’t see...

Very rude and poor service. I have been here before and haven’t had the best service but today was horrible. I saw that this was the only pizza spot open a little earlier so I came in to get some early lunch before work. I’m the only one in here and the worker sees me. Not even a hello, I’m the first to greet him. He completely ignores me and doesn’t say a word. I just assume he is busy making some pizzas. The phone rings and he picks up the phone and is on the phone for 5-10 min with another customer. So at this point I’m standing there for at least 10 min. The whole time he has his back turned to me when he knows I’m there. He gets ofd the phone and asks what I need like I’ve been a distraction this whole time. Why open so early if it bothers you that a customer came in early? At this point I am running late so I had my phone in my hand to constantly check the time and also to get my mobile payment ready for faster checkout. I told him 3 times what I wanted because he couldn’t hear me over the glass. I like to believe I was clear and I was even pointing at what I want. He seemed to get frustrated and looked at me with a nasty look. The worker threateningly tells me how rude I am for being on my phone while ordering. He used this as the reason why he couldn’t understand what I wanted. He added that next time I shouldn’t do that if I want better service and I should speak clearly while looking at him in the eyes for better interaction. First off, who is he to tell me to not look at my phone? Second, I was constantly checking the time because he completely ignored me for 10 min. I was there WELL before he answered the phone and he didn’t even greet me, that’s not rude? Third, I was getting my payment method ready for faster checkout and I was very clear with my order and even POINTED. He seemed to be mad with the customer over the phone as well. This man should not be working at the front counter of a restaurant establishment. I NEVER write any reviews and am not one to cause a scene. I just nodded my head when he warned me to not be on my phone. But a review had to be made about this worker. Very rude and...

The taste of the pizza is good compared to other stores -- just based on my experiences with testing 3~4 pizza stores in this area. I usually used the app "too good to go" to visit this store.

However, the employees are sometimes agressive. I don't know why. In the first bad experiences, I visited and said, "I want to get the food using this app" and the employee taught me, "you should say 'how are you?' first." He looked grumpy. I was confused at that time. However, as a foreigner, I thought I made a mistake so I accepted his attitude.

In the second bad experience is today. I ordered three slices of pizza and they included a Sicilian Slice. I asked whether this is also treated a regular pizza slice. The employee said, "This is a slice pizza from my perspective. What's wrong with you?" Again, he looked grumpy. I said, "Okay" and came back.

I was confused because the Sicilian Slice looked different from other pizza and I usually received this slice when I ordered more cheaper option like "Surprise pack (which is $1 cheaper than Three Slices of Pizza)" So I thought the employee made a mistake, but the employee also aggressive answered.

After checking the homepage of this store, I realized it might be normal that Sicilian Slice is also treated as a normal pizza.

So, it seems like a miscommunication (definetly including my lack of knowledge), but I am still confused why the employees are aggressive. Too much people try to make a cheat (So people became defensive)? Is it normal culture in NYC?

Anyway, I will not use this store again. The taste is very good, but the bad experience with employees exceeds good experiences. If you only care about taste, this store is still good...
