Subway — Restaurant in New York

They don’t accept coupon when corporations said they do,They don’t know anything about how to use them and refuse to look into it or try or learn and when I asked what’s the store number she refused to give it to me acting like she don’t speak English but she does. She’s Indian but she’s American I spoke to her before when using cash, but with coupon she acting slow like she didn’t wanna try she didn’t even look at it when I asked if she can try punching in the code. It’s always empty here. Outside it’s dirty and yes it’s a park lot corner area but still the wind blows trash and it never gets picked up. I was willing to teach her how to punch in the coupon codes because I’ve done it with Burger King and White Castle but she wanna shrug her shoulder and ignore me was very rude. Poor business. I don’t like to review fast food places until I’ve been at least twice. This location doesn’t have very good customer service I don’t need friendliness. They don’t help you if you’re having trouble with coupons. The tomato that was put on 3 sandwiches was weirdly mushy and gross. 3 out of 4 people who ate sandwiches with me that night got sick.
