HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! VERRRYYYY RUDE STAFF!!!! First thing is first, I buy from them every week. I’ve given them a lot of money. I’ve noticed their being rude in the past but I just ignored it. But this situation really grinds my gears. So I ordered a chicken Park for delivery the other day. It came in NOT completely cooked, soggy. Falling apart. I called up to tell them about it. They said they are closing so they’d give me a free one next time. Tonight is the “next time”. They agreed to give it to me for free, but wants to charge me $10 for delivery. Which is insane because they would have brought it to me for free last time because they originally gave me uncooked meat. I wasn’t aware they were going to charge me $10 so I added wings to my order so they didn’t have to run out here and not make money. My order was $4 short for delivery. They refused to bring it unless I order more food. THEY GAVE ME UNCOOKED MEAT!!!! REDEEM YOURSELVES!!!! I asked for the manager, they said she’s not there, when I asked for her to call me back, the lady said “hold on”. I hear laughing in the background. All of a sudden the manager comes of the phone and says she was standing there and heard the whole thing. I finally spoke to the manager who was SOOOO RUDE, lied to me on the phone. I couldn’t even tell her what happened. She told me I need to stop, and they weren’t bringing it unless I give them more money.
I will NEVER COME BACK AND ORDER FROM THEM!!!!

Read moreI honestly do not understand how this place has negative reviews. I moved to this trash heap we call Staten Island like 10 years ago. And tbh moving from Brooklyn, I didn’t really like the island but by divine decree I was destined to move close enough to this pizzeria that I could walk here in 5 minutes. Every single time I come in, even if it’s new staff they always make me feel welcomed. The vibe is ode friendly and they always got the best tasting pizza. Arguably the best pizza in NY in my honest opinion. I feel like I can make that statement seeing as how Pizza is my go to guilty please 6/7 days of the week. I can’t believe I’m actually writing a review. I’ve never written or commented on any place but I just pulled up their number since I switched phones and didn’t have it saved anymore, and saw the belove 4.9 rating like excuse me. Y’all must have nasty burnt taste buds and lead miserable lives if you got the energy to COMPLAIN about this place. We do live on the most hated borough which also voted mostly red, so the environment was bound to contain Karen’s and Kevin’s I guess. But anyway, if you’re nearby, definitely try...
Read moreThis is the pizzeria that someone mentioned as they were judging me for buying 2/$2 pizza slices from the nearby 7-Eleven. (I was hungry and that was all my budget for that day could afford.) “Some of the best pizza right over there,” was what Mr. Judgement said, referring to J&B Pizzeria. In my opinion (eating a straight up regular cheese slice), it’s good but not great pizza. I believe a high quality and distinctive sauce puts a pizza in the upper echelon. The sauce on this pizza kind of just blended in; the slice was carried more by the cheese. Very good amount of cheese; I was reminded of a classic greasy NYC slice. 3 out of 5 stars. Doesn’t qualify as “best” for me. I would probably enjoy slice more with some seasoning added. The crust is just a handle. The mark of super elite pizza is if you willingly eat crust. So many pizzerias have trash cans full of white paper plates & pizza crust. Final Answer: Way better than 7-Eleven, obviously. Price was fair ($3 and change per regular slice). I would eat again if in the area and wanting pizza, but wouldn’t go out of my...
