Kitchen 103 House of soulfood — Restaurant in New York

This is my 3rd time ordering from this place and havent decided if I will order again. The first 2 times I had no problem and the food was decent. This time however completely different story. Ordered turkeys wings, comes with white rice and 2 sides. Upon receiving my order I noticed the rice missing, called the store and was told my the rude "manager" the rice wasn't ready which is why it wasn't in the order. My problem is why do you leave off a part of the order that is supposed to be included. Secondly, she called me because I didn't save my side recommendations and she never mentioned the rice wasn't done and would be missing, nothing reduced from the price. I'm just supposed to be OK with 25% of my order missing. If you advertise something stick with it. Next issue, the food was disgusting and clearly a few days old and I ordered for lunch time. The mac & cheese was so dry, only a top layer of dried out cheese and noodles oily. The greens were tasteless. And the turkey wings were dry and rubbery. The rice would had been the only fresh thing on my plate. If I spend $20+ on food I want it to be edible. They keep going like this and they won't be...

OUT OF THIS WORLD. I don't know who these people think they are making food this DELICIOUS. I mean, the nerve of them. The audacity. I ordered the fish and shrimp. The fish, perfect texture, flaky, perfect breading. The shrimp, delectable, tasty. The food was PERFECTLY SEASONED. Chef was born in a kitchen for sure. They sent tartar sauce which I only used half because it was so flavorful. THE MAC AND CHEESE! OMG. First bite....BAM. Not the box stuff. This is soul food mac and cheese. Red velvet cake for dessert, perfect. The person who answered the phone and took my order (Lay is her name) was VERY pleasant. She seemed to truly and sincerely care that I was satisfied with my order. She made me feel valued. Definitely an asset to the restaurant. Okay so when they 1st had their Grand Opening a while ago I couldn't wait to try the food, I get there and was told they ran out of food 🤦🏾, 2nd time I go there, again they ran out most of the food that is on the Menu and what they had cooking wasn't on the Menu so how would anyone know what else you have 🤦🏾..I said to myself that's it I'm never coming back here again ..UNTIL I gave in and went the other day, I got some their food finally, went home and ate it and Loved every single bite of it. Their food is really really good. Felt like I was eating from SYLVIAS harlem restaurant. I was impressed.
