I order all the time through DoorDash regular customer but todays service and lies was unacceptable has my 2 items order wasn’t received. My fry chicken or my potato salad as the restaurant didn't follow the instructions on the app. For one as they didn't contacting me for unavailable items or gave me a refund instead they provided me with chicken wings that's cheaper than what I paid for also the wings was dry as if it's been sitting there for awhile, second they didn't have no potato salad and still didn't contact or refunded my order third to make matters worst I called the store and the lady on the phone was well aware that I didn't received my items and tried to lie saying they close at 9 but truth is they close at 10 also my order was at 7 and there's no way your gonna blame the chef and said he didn't make any fry chicken today for a popular Jamaican restaurant that I order at before this is unacceptable also my potato salad was never refunded through them as they know once the customer complains about the order they still get full payment while I receive not my full money back but partially payment this is very unfair and unacceptable. I couldn’t even finish my meal as the chicken was...

If I could place a negative I would. I am beyond upset. I placed an order at approximately 7:35 pm for my order to only show up after 9:30 pm. I called the restaurant multiple times in between to complain and was called back in error at one point for a call that was meant for someone else who's order through Uber never arrived.

My order was gross ...completely. The festival was runny and doughy on in the inside. I spit it out immediately. I ordered 2 shrimp roti dinners and they were certainly not cooked. Both tasted as though we were biting through rubber. An order was never filled but I was charged for the quinoa that didn't arrive. The fried chicken meal was burned and tough to chew. My family and I did not have a meal that we can say was good. I requested a full complete refund on my order but each time I call they dont pickup the line and they close at 12 am. Also on top of this grubhub called them in order to place the refund and the restaurant will not allow them to do that.

I am completely and utterly disgusted with the service here this evening. I am still requesting my full complete refund and will attempt to call AGAIN to speak with the manager regarding this...

Please do not bother to go here. I have always ordered food prior to this and there is this specific sever/ cashier who has no manners, atrocious behavior to customers!! Customer service is everything to me and I will not buy here again because of her. This person is the lighter skin, fat/big bodied girl not the other darker skin one thats pleasant and greets her customers well just to be specific the other one. This person was cursing me just because I asked the other female there if she only man’s the cash register..The reason for me asking was because she was always pleasant and the other girl always rude and I didn’t trust her to be sharing my food!She then decided to curse at me because I told her I’m having a conversation with the other lady and not her.She is so uncouth !She also reported the pleasant lady to an older woman who also created a scene as if they were out to get the poor girl over nothing. I felt for her, as it seem as if they were trying to bully her into not speaking! This happened while customers were present! They just don’t care! That rude girl needs more...
