Tacos El Coyote — Restaurant in New York

I recently visited this Taco Truck hoping to enjoy some tasty tacos. Unfortunately, the experience was overshadowed by a long wait. I had to stand in line for 20-30 minutes just to place my order, which seemed excessive for a food truck. My friend, who was with me, ended up leaving out of frustration since no one took her order even after waiting for the same amount of time. To make matters worse, she got bitten by a bug while waiting.

The food itself was good once I finally got it, but the overall experience was disappointing. While I understand that food trucks can get busy, it would have been nice if the staff had been more attentive or organized in managing the line. Unfortunately, I’m not sure I’ll be coming back unless the wait...

I can say that this is a hidden gem. Located right outside of the train station, its aroma can be smelled from a block away. Decided to try them out, as my favorites are bronco and oaxaca. Out of curiosity they caught my attention and they definitely delivered. I ordered chicken, bistec, tinga and quesabirria tacos with a small order of esquites. Each taco was flavorful and delicious. I recommend their esquites, it had the right amount of flavor and it wasn’t overwhelmingly spicy.
