Tottenville Bagels Staten Island — Restaurant in New York

WORST EXPERIENCE!!! Never as a paying customer, have i been treated as rudely and disrespectfully as i was treated at this store. The older woman at the counter treated me in such a way that i have never been treated before. Between there being no formal line or check out, I was scrutinized for coming up to the counter to pay while others were still waiting for their food. Someone let me go ahead of them leading me to believe i was next in line. She completely disregarded the fact i was there, not giving me the courtesy or decency to inform me that she was going to ring someone else up first .... again there was no formal line. The WORST part was she called me an entitled millennial telling the person she was ringing up when I did or said nothing to warrant such treatment. I also asked simple questions such as “is this cash only” and “can i have a bag” giving me the rudest response that she wasn’t finished stapling my receipt and that she getting to it. Absolutely horrible since the new owners took over. The cheapest portions and the most expensive bagels. 9.00 for a bec with pork roll and they gave me ham. Theres barely any egg on the sandwich and who puts the cheese on the cold side and not in the eggs. Why did I ask for scrambled eggs when they fried a single egg and put it in this sad excuse for a nyc breakfast. Their website offers 3 free bagels with every dozen but when you go inside they tell you no, a dozen is 12. Pork roll and Taylor ham are the same thing but Taylor ham and ham are not. Please don't put boars head on my sandwich and tell me it's pork roll, I'm fat I know the difference. This has been my favorite bagel spot on the island for 19 years. Unfortunately I have to find a new one as I will not be returning unless things change here. I have been a patron of this store for over 20 years. To be more precise, use to go here all the time about 10 years ago. My office changed locations so went less frequently over the years. Just recently I am doing some work in the area and have been going to them daily again. I am not sure of anyones names but literally every single person I deal with is helpful, acts courteous, and is always pleasant to me. While there, many customers came in, and the employees greeted them with their first name, "Good morning," and before the customer could even speak they knew the order and just confirmed. I see this every time I go here. I am in this store in the morning hours never the afternoon or evenings. I do order different things from a breakfast platter to a plain bagel with cream cheese.
