I just ordered the Chicharron de Pollo Combo paid $4.00 extra for boneless, spent $36.00 dollars for this meal. First, it comes with rice and beans, I got hard rice and bean water, literally 6 grains in the container the rest was water. No garlic sauce for the chicken, which I was charged extra for. The chicken was dry and bland, simply gross, no flavor whatsoever. Their salad, which used to be my favorite, looked like it was made out of leftover lettuce and cabbage, the dressing was nothing but vinegar and it had an orange color to it 🤮 This used to be one of my family’s favorite Dominican spots but it feels like they’re taking advantage of the situation we’re going through and are simply not putting any effort into their cooking or service. Although when I called to make them aware, 15 minutes later they delivered the beans and sauces. I’m not happy about the whole situation. I ordered through Grubhub and this is the second time I’ve used them and received...

I was in there which much regret, I WILL never buy not even a grain of rice from there. Order a plate of rice and beans with steak. The beans smell as if it went bad and the steak was rubbery and dry. I wish i had noticed prior before going home because i would never have walked out with this order from this place. The lady with no hair net kept sneezing right next to the food that sits there, with no covers on them. She sneezes again but this time to the opposite side using her purple gloved hands to rub her nose. So what was the point of wearing those gloves when you sneeze and scatch your nose and take cash and still touch the food. Also the prices are to high which makes it worst because you paying for lousy cook food. Thats what i get for not listening to my gut feeling......

Disappointed doesn’t begin to describe how I feel every other week I call there’s a new price change ok no problem let’s support our local businesses things have gone up right ok today I ordered a lunch if penil and rice and a chicharrón de pollo SIN hueso my son is special need and doesn’t eat bone so I’m always very specific repeating order twice the young lady followed not only did they send they wrong order with hueso when I called back they wanted to charge me an additional 6.50$ for their mistake I already had paid 25$ for my order they could care less that they made the mistake they just wanted to get paid more money I’m done with their price gouging because at this point that’s what it is I rather order from the chicken spot and give them my money...
