Quality and speed were awesome but shipping packaging was not good at all. I ordered a Lox Godspeed hat. I’ve ordered this same hat in the past directly from Godspeed. When Godspeed sent the item, they took the time and care of using a harder cardboard to place the “soft-shell” display box inside of cardboard box. This way the hat is protected from being bent and the elements during shipping.

When I ordered this hat from Gravity, you all simply put shipping paper around the soft shell display box and sent it. So, when I recorded my hat, the nice box it came in was folded bent and damaged and the hat itself was folded and dented. I'm thankful the package did not encounter any liquids during its travels because it would have then been highly likely that it would have penetrated to the hat.

Though I certainly appreciate the shipping speed, this was far too expensive of an item to have such carelessness in the shipping.

Yall shipped $180 hats(2 of em) in a BAG! The boxes was crushed! And I had to get the dents out of my hats because of that! Not too mention it's still shaped funny because of the way it was shipped! Is a SHIPPING BOX TOOOOOO MUCH TO ASK FOR?! And since I can't reply to what u said I just add to the original...u reached out to me and said that u will do better in the future even though it would cost more in shipping and i told u that would not be a problem! The way u shipped flimsy boxes to begin with in a BAG is just diabolical. And my hat is still bent up! this was an excellent experience i live about 20 hrs from this place and my package got here in 8 days with regular shipping. i typed in the wrong email so i never got a confirmation email i was a little concerned and then i called them and they looked up everything just by me saying the date i bought it and what i bought. and they gave me my order number and told me when my package would arrive. that day that they told me it would arrive it didnt so i called back and he was extremely helpful he emailed me my tracking number and explained to me how to look it up on USPS and i never really leave reviews on places but this is an...
