Never going to this location ever again! I went yesterday to order a smoothie and asked the girl if I can add 3 scoops of protein to the shake to which she replied no problem and proceeded to charge me for the extra protein. When I asked her to make sure I get all of my smoothie including any left overs like I always do (I know there is always extra as I pay for 3 extra servings and it doesn't fit in their cup) she told me no, unfortunately she can't do that. I asked why not and she said because they are not allowed to give me anything more than what fits in a cup. I was confused as why I would pay for an extra 3 scoops of protein and then not get all the protein I literally paid extra for. I even told her I've had that done before from other locations as well as this one in the past. She told me no sorry it's our policy. When I asked what they will do with my extra drink, she literally told me she will throw it out. I asked her to get a manager because she obviously didn't understand the fact that I was getting the smoothie for the protein and she is specifically telling me I will not get all the protein I was charged extra for. She said her manager "Ammar" was not there but she can call him. I waited 5 minutes for her to call him only to come back and say the same thing which was no they will not give me extra protein they will charge me for. How the "manager" didn't understand the math either is beyond me. I drove my ass to the location on Richmond Ave and received my smoothie with my 3 scoops in a large cup and a small cup for my overages with no issues or conversations in under 5 mins! (Longer than it took this girl to call her manager Ammar) The customer service was absolutely horrific at this location and the fact that the manager Ammar didn't understand the concept of the customer would like everything they paid for, is beyond me! I will continue to go to the Richmond or Hylan location where they actually have a brain and understand life and money and will advise anyone I know to do the same! Just...

It was just a split second my daughter flatbread was gone . I came to this location because Hylan Blvd plays ALWAYS loud rap music Drake mostly and it’s not a quiet spot. So i decided to go to forest avenue location . And I didn’t have peanut butter that I payed twice for my daughter smoothie and then I get treated with no respect when I go to get my Sandwich he the counter guy acted like dumb founded and clueless ?. No apologies either !!.You should make sure it’s being handled to the right customer. On top of all that I was all of a sudden not able to use the coupon for a 1.99 smoothie when you purchased a full price sandwich after completing a survey that is always on the receipt when one has returned from a previous day . At no given time it was mentioned by any manager or posted on the vicinity that the survey from the receipt is no longer honored. I know these are franchises but come on !. On these economic times people are looking for deals . What upset me the most is we come here more than once to not get treated this way . Last incident was the comment he made about our sandwich to omit the bacon that comes with a flat - bread sandwich. Just the bacon , he walks away from the register to tell his other employee. Oh why order something to then change an item from a menu!. I was like are you serious!. People have either for religion reason about pork or food sensitivity. Read moreEarly this morning I placed an order online through the Tropical Smoothie app, selected the closest location to me (which was 1407 Forest Ave), and received an email at 9:22 confirming my order.
Well I never received my order. I called the store at around 10:30am (the # was in the email), and received no help whatsoever. The man I spoke to had no idea if my order was done. He told me that since I ordered so long ago, it must have been picked up already, but he couldn’t say for sure. He then told me o could track it, and I told him I am tracking it and it was nowhere near me. It looked like there was a car all the way on the south side of the island. The man I spoke with then told me I had to take it up with the delivery ppl (either Uber eats or DoorDash), then said there was nothing he could do. Then someone from DoorDash texted me and sent a pic of my order that he left at some corporate building. Meanwhile my address was very clearly included in my order on the receipt.
This is the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. I spent about $35 and got absolutely nothing in return.
I will never go to this location again. The service in store has always been great, but I’ll spend my money elsewhere...
