Tulcingo Azteca — Restaurant in New York

This place has pretty good food, at good prices. It even has a nice vibe. My issue is that I would love to bring friends for food and cerveza but the music is always just so ridiculously loud that you can’t hear anyone speak. Which unfortunately means the waitress has to get uncomfortably close to your face to take your order. And there’s no point trying to have a conversation With friends. Also what really frustrates me is that when I order Uber eats for pick up they don’t start making the food until I get there. No matter how much advance time I give them.
