I walked in to the restaurant there is no one to greet you at the door, which would be rude if I actually wanted a table, which was not my case. I wanted to order to go, completely new to the restaurant, no one to orientate me where to go or how it’s done. I walked to they’re counter it was filled I had a person in front of me at the cashier. One kind lady asked me if I was being helped. Then didn’t see her again, the cashier had become available. Not knowing how it’s done at the restaurant, I asked for two lunch of the day and wanted to ask what the lunch is composed of but the lady seem more distracted with other stuff I didn’t feel the service or the rightful attention one deserved she gave me a ticket, I deducted I had to go to the cashier behind me to pay. Went back to the counter, per there is no waiting area and I honestly didn’t feel satisfied, for I wasn’t even asked of what I wanted, so after I paid I asked what are the different protein (meat) options. Told her what I wanted, they served me very quickly I took my food went home. I get home and notice there isn’t any avocado, which I was charged, and absolutely no dressing. When I opened the bean it was so full it overflowed and made a mess. I cannot fully express how discontent I am, honestly I didn’t feel like I was in the Dominican Republic, where I have eaten in the rural side of the country and your served with a smile even in the city for as hectic as it may be. Hey at least the food was well. So my thank you to the chefs and those who aided them to prepare the meal, bless them. I hope my review captures the restaurants managers attention and some changes are actually made. We had dinner and were there for an event. As for the dinner they had us seated outside and it was freezing. The lady mentioned their heaters were broken. If that’s the case don’t sit people outside. Another thing is they sit you outside and then you can’t order any cocktails. The whole point of dining is to have a full service experience not a limited one.
Second thing is there was an event with Fefita that was supposed to end at 10pm and they were still letting people enter a little pass 9pm. The second event is what we were there for and had dinner and everything before. Not only did we have tables reserved along with many others, they never even accommodate the tables until 2 hrs later. The people from the prior event were never kicked out so they were overbooked and everyone that was coming for the second event had to wait for their tables or not get them at all! They just grabbed two random tables and two chairs for a big group.
Also if you’re a hookah smoker I would recommend asking them to let you taste the flavor first. Not only did they charge me more for the blueberry flavor the hookero never even gave me the blueberry flavor. Had to get a refill and their hoses are not even clean. The mint flavor seems to be the only flavor that pulled properly.

Read moreUpdate: I’ve come here once in the summer and the service was good. They have great strong drinks and the food is always amazing. Customer service for pick up has also gotten way better. They are working on their customer service which is great. I’m still a little disappointed that there prices for takeout isn’t listed anywhere. Updated from 2 stars to 4 stars.
Past review: The service is terrible but food is good. I come here all the time but only for take out. Even then the service is iffy, I don’t know whether or not the servers will be in a good mood to take care of you. I literally seen a server have an argument with a customer in front of the manager and the manager just watched and let her continue.
The prices in their system does not equal to the prices on the menu and they do not honor the prices on the menu either.(mind you they just got these new menus) And when you point it out the servers aren’t trained to correct it. Just come back and talk to the manager maybe he is trained to correct it.
I bought a cuatro leches cake and it was spoiled STAY AWAY FROM BAKERY ITEMS.
About the sit in dinning. I came here with my parents while the location was empty. Only about two other tables with people. We were seated waited 10 minutes without a server coming to assist us when we asked a busy boy to to please help us find our server. He pointed to one of the waitresses to and she signaled that our table was not part of her section. We waited a couple more minutes and still nothing. We ended up leaving and no one even noticed.
