Veranda Cafe — Restaurant in New York

The only reason this place gets 3 stars is because of the location. It's beautiful sitting outside overlooking the golf course. Very relaxing. The service is still not good. I waited 25 minutes for a glass of water and a drink. The food continues to go downhill. I don't think there's ever been a time when they were not out of whatever I wanted to order. My Burger was overcooked and dry with no lettuce or tomato and a burnt bun. Most of the food has very little flavor and the menu is not creative. I had dinner with a few friends at The Veranda Cafe and had a very nice evening. There was a private party inside, so we sat outside in the back. The view of the golf course was nice. The venue is beautiful. Tried to book a baby shower and was told to look at menu online. When I arrived to plan my event I was given a brunch menu that was breakfast, no lunch in the brunch for $49.95, double price of online menu that said “upd 2021”.
