Disgusting place and the women with the mask disgusting Very Bad Service – Don’t Go Here!

I had a really bad experience at this place. The woman working there was extremely rude. I politely asked to use the bathroom, and she gave me a nasty attitude right away. She rolled her eyes, spoke to me in a mean way, and acted like I was a problem just for asking a simple question.

She was not friendly at all. She didn’t smile, didn’t try to help, and seemed like she hated being there. It made me feel very uncomfortable and disrespected. I’ve never been treated like this at any other place.

This is supposed to be a business that serves people, but the way she treated me was just wrong. If you don’t like dealing with people, then maybe don’t work in customer service. The attitude was so bad that I honestly think this place should be shut down.

For starters the prices this place presents is average but this doesn’t make up for the drinks I ordered. The drink is called Salted Caramel, on the website photo it presents the drink with boba as well as caramel drizzle on the side. Not only did I not receive boba in my drink I didn’t receive any caramel drizzling. Overall the drink wasn’t very appetizing as well as ZERO caramel flavor. First of all, when asked to use the bathroom, after ordering my food, I was abruptly told to use the public toilet across the street. I thought it was a law to provide a bathroom in a restaurant, especially for those dining in. Many thanks to 7-11, next door, for allowing me to use their restroom.
