Napoli Pizza — Restaurant in New York

So I just ordered food and spent over $60. One item I ordered was a Rice ball parm. The description specifically says a sauce, mozzarella and meat. I got rice ball with half melted cheese and NO MEAT at all. I call the pizzeria and the incompetent girl on the phone makes me hold for a while the first time. She finally answers and I tell her the problem. She puts me back on hold longer than the first time. Comes back to say that I can receive a credit the next time I order. I told her it was crazy and “what if I didn’t order for another two months, I should have to wait till then?” She says yes. I should call back tomorrow to speak to the owner cause he wasn’t there. Update to my original review above. My original review wasn’t for the foods taste. It was for the poor customer service I received after I ordered an item that was poorly represented from the description on the menu. It was missing a main ingredient (meat). I was told by the young lady in the phone, that she spoke to the owner and I would get a credit the next time I offered, which made no sense to me. The lady on the phone told me to call the owner tomorrow. I then called back to speak to owner and he did apologize and insured me that he didn’t tell anyone anything. He then made it a point to mention how I never left a good review but decided to leave a bad one. Yes he’s right but I’ve ordered MANY times from there so clearly I had no issue. Why would you try to throw the issue back at the customer because I never left a good review. If you had better customer service, I wouldn’t have had to leave any review. I love Napoli Pizza. I have been ordering food from this place for more than 3 years.The food is delicious and the staff are very nice. The food is always delivered hot. The owner is so nice and will accommodate his customers to the best of his ability. The white pie with onions and black olives is one of my favorites. The Family Special #4 is what I had delivered for dinner today. The hot and fresh garlic knots along with the BBQ chicken wings were out of this world.Yummy! The pizza crust was delicious. We are all going through hard times during this pandemic, and I appreciate so much Napoli Pizza delivering to me. I had no food because we had lost power during the last hurricane, but this pizzeria was opened and was able to have dinner. Please support our local businesses including this pizzeria. If you are not happy with your order, call the owner to help you. Don't leave bad reviews over an order you were not happy about. Got an order of lasagna, manicotti and grilled shrimp. The lasagna was like some messy slop, barely an inch high, with a mess of melted, not nicely golden brown cheese on top. The manicotti was dry with a thick, dry sauce. The shrimp was overcooked and rubbery. I waited for the order and brought it home right away - 3 mins (7 blocks away) and the manicotti was barely lukewarm. I think they precook the pasta, then just warm it up.
