Wendy's — Restaurant in New York

Pretty fast even though long line at drive through, and for the most part I received my whole order! Bravo because the "not so competative" fast food joint across the way has made more money off me in the past decade I think I may be the reason for there upcoming remodel! And I know what your all thinking why not just check your bags before you leave the drive thru? Humm well it must be drilled into the employee over there to save money by saving brown bags because I don't care how many nuggets fries Onion rings mozz sticks burgers u order they are all strategically smashed hot grease over even hotter greasier mess until its molded into one big hot mess in a lil brown bag so that if you did try to look through bag splits no napkins of course to be had that you leave there saying why do I do this, and you just go home to take care of the mess and try to divide up what's now one serving of ugh! Until and always it's my husband's burger that's forgotten to the point it leads to a fight because he swears I do it on purpose and always says why would you leave without checking the bags, and by the time I am ready to go back for his burger well I just can't because I am so sick from eating the greasy bag and receipt that i say fudge it! So i did the math I have a 19 18 and 13 yrs old who somehow survived the past decade off of our only choice for fast food at the time and it adds up to maybe a partial remodel!!! So your Welcome and thank you Wendy's for always making sure I get what I ordered and in a bag or two if needed, with some napkins and extra honey mustard, always extra honey mustard!! # extra honey mustard please because my kids actually drink it! It’s absolutely ridiculous that you go through the drive-through only for them to take your payment and tell you to move onto the side of the building for me to get my food, just so the store can have a good ticket time.

Today the same happened as it has before (this was not the first time) I went and paid and they told me to pull off to the side of the restaurant to get my food, I was at the window maybe 10 seconds, got my drinks paid and drove to the side. Only to wait for a total of 15 min. With no one coming out to give me my food. I had to go into the store to say I didn’t get my order and their justification was “well it’s pouring rain” … how is that my issue when I’m going through the drive-through in the first place.

This restaurant is horrible, they always tell guests to pull off in the back to get their food. Just so they can lie in their ticket times to “show” theyre very fast.

They also NEVER GIVE YOU A RECEIPT when going through the drive-through.

Someone from headquarters definitely needs to look into this,...

this is by far the worst wendy’s i’ve ever been to. i’ve been here about 6 times and ALL 6 times they’ve gotten my order wrong. i have to tell them i’m missing something EVERY SINGLE TIME! on top of that, the people at the driver through speaker and the window are rude almost every time as well. i’ve seen employees drop cups on the floor and put them back in the stack for sale. the most bizarre thing just happened to me today. at the drive thru window, the guy asked me to back up away from the window (there was nobody else on line) and said he’ll tell me when to come back. a minute later he stuck his hand out and waved me on to come back. i was so confused i don’t understand why somebody would tell me to back up in a drive thru line to get away from the window until “i’m called back”. i’ve been putting off this bad review for weeks now and this experience pushed me over the edge. my food is almost never hot either.
