Sunday evening shift security are so unprofessional, downright childish. The truck scale has no signs to tell you what to do besides wear a safety vest. The callbox on the exit says "enter truck number for entry." I was exiting, and it's a two way scale, no directions for exit. Checked the center security shack, nobody there. So I went to the main security building and they pretended I wasn't there. Ignored me while I got soaked in monsoon rain for over half an hour blocking the scales. They expect you to automatically know what to do when the gate is down and no signs and nobody will respond or help you. Eneded up calling the warehouse and sent to security where they acted like I'm stupid and pretended they didn't have the bol number i signed in with just to keep me out in the rain. I was still polite. Finally on the phone they told me the callbox is for exit, despite it saying entry. How was I supposed to know? Forgive me for assuming the machine means what it says. They played with me until trucks lined up behind me and then suddenly they had my bol. The callbox said "go to the back of your trailer for your bol." So I did. And I waited. No signs or people saying otherwise. Nobody came. Still in the monsoon rain waiting for some direction. After a while I went back to my truck and heard her yelling through the callbox to get my paperwork inside the mini guard shack off the printer. There was no paperwork. Still messing with me. After running back and forth, I finally got my paperwork and she changed my carrier code to "DUMB" on the paperwork. This is a gown woman who's been messing with me for over half an hour, giving conflicting information, and the callbox too. And had the gall to state I'm dumb on a legitimate document, and why? Bc I followed the only directions I had from the callbox, which apparently makes me stupid just bc they give...
Read moreThis is an amazing place to deliver. We verified 24-hour delivery with DJ before accepting the load. After rushing to get up here to get unloaded . "Shipment must be delivered without delay"... I arrived just after 3 am. Everything appeared to be closed, but I wanted to verify, so I called the number on their website. Sequrity answered, and stated they would start receiving at 6 am. So I parked and went to sleep. Then, at 5:45 a.m., someone (which later was identified as universal sequrity) was banging on my truck like there was a fire. In disbelief, I questioned what was emergency? He said the scale is opened, you want to get scaled, don't you?.... half awake, I responded yes. It took a few minutes to clear my head. I drove up to the scale at 6:23 am and they said they were closed for a meeting. To come back at 7:30 am. If that was an option, why did they wake me up so rudely. I can't help to think that somewhere there is a village missing...
Read moreWORST PLACE to pick up a load. Checked in at the scales/ guardhouse at 7:50 pm. My appointment time is 8 pm. Was told to slide tandems and go to standing area and wait for text on my cellphone. After a while I went back to the guard to ask what’s taking so long. Female guard told me that I will receive a text once a door becomes available and I have to wait. 2 hours past and still didn’t get anything. It is now past 4 hours. I went back. There was another guard there who told me that the guard from the previous shift did not tell me we have to check in every 2 hours or else it wipes out the system. After 4 hours I have to bring my truck to the scale and check in again and repeat the whole process. DO NOT COME HERE!!! Unless you want to WASTE...
