I would give this zero stars if I could. No one acknowledges your order. You have to track someone down to see if anyone is even making it or how long. This is unacceptable at an airport with flights to catch. Never got the order. This is unacceptable. Still trying to locate customer service to get a refund.

Ordered the bulgogi beef bowl. The beef was cold, tough, and dry. They also put this weird white sauce on the kimchi making it very disgusting. This is easily the worst food option in Newark Airport
