I recently had the pleasure of dining at Blueprint Cafe in Newark, Jersey, and I must say that their veggie burger has become one of my all-time favorites! This cozy cafe has a delightful ambiance that immediately draws you in, with its warm and inviting atmosphere.
Now, let's talk about the star of the show—the veggie burger. The Blueprint Cafe takes vegetarian cuisine to a whole new level with their exceptional creation. The veggie patty was flavorful, moist, and perfectly seasoned, packed with a medley of fresh vegetables and herbs. The texture was satisfyingly hearty, with just the right amount of firmness. Each bite was a burst of deliciousness, and I couldn't help but savor every mouthful.
The accompaniments that accompanied the veggie burger were equally delightful. The bun was soft and lightly toasted, providing a perfect contrast to the patty's texture. The selection of toppings and condiments added a harmonious blend of flavors, creating a symphony of taste in every bite. From the crisp lettuce and juicy tomato slices to the tangy sauce, everything came together beautifully.
Aside from the amazing veggie burger, the service at Blueprint Cafe was excellent. The staff members were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant dining experience. They were knowledgeable about the menu and gladly offered suggestions and modifications to accommodate dietary preferences.
Another aspect that impressed me was the variety of options available at Blueprint Cafe. Whether you're a vegetarian, vegan, or simply looking for a scrumptious meatless alternative, this cafe has something for everyone. The menu is thoughtfully curated, with a range of flavorful dishes that cater to diverse tastes and dietary needs.
The prices at Blueprint Cafe are reasonable, considering the quality and portion sizes. The value for money is exceptional, and I left feeling satisfied both in terms of taste and affordability.
In conclusion, if you're in Newark, Jersey, and have a craving for a remarkable veggie burger, Blueprint Cafe is the place to be. The combination of their inviting ambiance, attentive service, and outstanding veggie burger will leave you craving for more. Trust me, you won't be disappointed. Blueprint Cafe has definitely earned its spot as one of my favorite spots in town!

Read moreI rarely make reviews but this one was long overdue, if I could give this place more than 5 stars I WOULD. I'll start with the food.. I can honestly say I have never ordered anything and was unhappy I have had both non vegan and vegan food breakfast and lunch both are outstanding I would recommend to get some wings, shrimp and garlic with rice, chicken and waffles (even vegan) btw the buffalo chicken sandwich here is crazy man the burgers too. Now if you can get that acai lavender drink I would get 2 because 1 isnt enough but all the house made drinks 10/10. if your into smoothies and shakes once again this place wont miss.. I usually get the green and fruity, ginger explosion or the passion fruit one its pretty new on the menu. I have seen and heard countless people express how good the food and drinks here. Can't leave a review without mentioning how great the staff is and how helpful they are, any time I have had an issue they are quick to resolve the issue with kindness. As a person who (unfortunately) FREQUENTLY eats out all throughout this state I would recommend you take the trip down to 369 Raymond Blvd no matter the distance... wow I didnt even mention BYOB until the end because thats just a bonus. celebrate your birthday here too its great for special occasions....
Read moreAs many times as I rode pass, I never noticed this spot. I got a chance to try it today. I called in my order of vegan chicken and waffles and the lady told me it would take 20 minutes. When I arrived I parked on the street because their driveway was pretty small. I walked in and it had a cool cafe vibe. The menu had both vegan and non-vegan items. The server asked to help and I told her I was picking up. She said it was still being made and it took about 10 more minutes. I paid while I waited and it came to almost $15. When my food was done she handed me my meal and I left.
When I got in I dug in. I swear I wanted to give this spot 5 stars because the food in the first few bites was excellent. I don't know what they made the waffles with but it was tasty. The vegan chicken was very good and so was the peach compote. As I continued to eat I noticed it was getting a little too sweet. It was very good but it started feeling like I was eating candy. Besides that I enjoyed everything and will return to try...
