I had been a loyal member at Evox Fitness for a year. Unfortunately, my experience with their customer service has been disappointing. I submitted my cancellation notice on the day I received my 11 month billing receipt via email. Strategically they send it 29 days before the next billing, instead of 30 (same day). I requested cancellation on that day (29 days) before my next billing date-just one day short of their 30-day policy-and they rigidly refused to accommodate this minor difference.

Despite hardly using the facilities for months as I was traveling abroad and moving to a new house. they still charged me for the last billing cycle. I reached out, hoping for a gesture of goodwill and common decency, but flexibility and understanding were clearly not priorities. They are now looking to do the same with my wife who is trying to cancel and has a few months left on her contract, looking to make her uphold it to the end, even tho we moved 18 miles away and the drive to and from the gym would be an hour. They do not consider this far enough… who wants to spend an hour in the car just to go to the gym? Common sense is completely null here. This is a poor way to treat members who pay a steep price tag for a mediocre gym membership to begin with, If you're considering this gym, be aware: their policies are strict, and member satisfaction seems low...

Excellent gym. Great machines. If you ever been a member to any other gym in the area, you’ll know how long it takes to fix a machine when it’s broken. At Evox, I’ve never seen a broken machine for over a day. Even when it’s “crowded”, it’s still not to the point where you’ll have to wait for the machine you need. Working hours is great, if you’re not needy. Every time I had to change something related to my payment or had a question, I got to do it/ask over WhatsApp without any problem. Front desk staff is polite. I’ve seen people playing dumb on purpose, and they were still patient. Owners and personal trainers are also friendly and polite. And this is coming from someone who tried every single gym in the area before finding this one. The only thing I can’t give my opinion is over withdrawal, but there is a contract in place for a reason and anyone who has a business or works for one, should understand that and should not expect them to be nice, just because. IT IS A BUSINESS. If you’re considering, go for a daily pass and see it...
