Burger King — Restaurant in Newark

customer service was very poor. we went through the drive through and got cut off while ordering every time something was said. while driving up to the window someone waved their hands out to tell us to stop before we waited at the window. once we made it up to the window, employee did not have her mask on AT ALL. we asked for barbecue sauce and got cut of AGAIN, and then told told that all the sauces were being put in the bag. the girl at the window told us to pull up to the stop sign afterwards. we waited a few minutes and the same girl came out with our food. her mask was still not up. even though she was rude, we said thank you and she completely ignored. we specifically asked for hot fries but everything was slightly warm. changes were also made to burgers during ordering, but they did not comply. just wanted to grab something to eat after a long day of airplanes, but will not be coming...

If they had the option to not give stars at all i would of chosen it. I usually order my food on DoorDash from the burger king on lyons ave but for some reason my order went to the burger king on elizabeth ave. The manager or who ever that works there called me saying they didn't have no juice or tea there. All they had was orange juice she kept insisting to take the orange juice and i told her no. Then it sound like someone different came on and i asked is there any other juice besides orange juice she said yes and i asked what do they have she says orange juice. Before anything else was said she hung up the phone and cancelled my order. THEY ARE THE WORST ! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE and they talk to you how ever they feel like. Hours of operations states closed at 12am. I arrived at 11:07pm no one acknowledge me after 5mins I drove up to window and the young lady looked at me and screamed were closed through a closed window. I wanted another 5mins to demand answer and she never came to the window... I was calm I didn’t yell or scream I was very patient. This is the worst Burger King I ever been to.
