I visited this restaurant hoping to enjoy a traditional Brazilian breakfast. As a Brazilian, I’m familiar with the cuisine, but I don’t usually dine at Brazilian breakfast spots, so I struggled with the ordering process. Unfortunately, the staff seemed disorganized, and when I politely asked for specific items, I noticed eye-rolling and one employee even commented, “Today has already started off difficult.”
I asked for regular coffee but was served coffee with milk. When I mentioned this at the counter, I was told that their regular coffee comes with milk and that I should have ordered black coffee instead. The attitude was quite dismissive, and I felt embarrassed to raise the issue, especially since I was with others.

The lady at the register was not nice, kinda of pushy while I was taking my order. I asked about the pastries they had and she made me feel that I should already know their menu. So I didn’t buy pastries. I had ordered 2 lattes and only paid for them because the barista had already started them and I felt bad walking out. Not WORTH your time.
