If you’re planning on booking this venue for a private event. I do not recommend it at all as they are thieves. The manager Mohammed will sell you the world and not deliver as he verbally told us that if anything was left behind, they will check the camera footage and return it back to us. This was a lie, our boxes were left behind and Mohammed told me that their video guy will come in and get me the footage and email it to me after reviewing it. They said the video is good for 7 days until it’s starts recording over the video. After reviewing the footage I was informed that the footage was deleted. These were $6,000 worth cash that was left in gifts behind that either the venue or the staff stole it. To top it off, I will be reporting this business to the IRS as you are telling your clients to send you cash to a different persons account that we have track off. Entire experience with this venue has been a nightmare. 100% do...
Read moreThe food is 4 star but the dining experience is a 21/2 stars The goat Biryani, the Goat curry and the chicken Tikka Kabob are excellent and so also the Dal Makhani and the plain Dal. The naans are the same nearly everywhere. all the Biryanis are very good(chicken and lamb), but the goat is truly exactly like the Biryani in Hyderabad, India. The restaurant itself is very ordinary, plain and no ambiance. Still there is place to sit and enjoy the food. We order food frequently and the staff is pleasant and very helpful. Ashok there is truly a gentleman. He has helped me many times. IMO their Biryani is the best that I have eaten in the Bay area. It is authentic and tastes better the next day. Prices are reasonable. I will continue to order food from them as i am from Hyderabad where the Biryani...
Read moreThe fried puris did not taste good, like they had been fried in old cooking oil. Had a horrible stench. Several of the buffet items were less than warm due to sitting out fir a while. Since the place wasn’t busy they just let them sit instead of replacing with fresh/warm items. Then when they were empty, had to wait a couple of times for them to refill some items. Kheer (rice pudding) was very runny, like soup.
Staff is attentive and friendly. Multiple buffet stations have something for everyone, but again may not be fresh/hot depending on when you go.
They don’t serve any beef dishes in the buffet nor a la carte.
Overall not great quality of food, lack of awareness on when to place food in the buffet dishes, taste...
