Do not stay at this hotel beware! I think this hotel got new staff. The manager Jessica Rossin is rude and horrible. I hope she steps down as a manger she treats ppl with the. Upmost disrespect. Me and my boyfriend stay here all the time. In the past we always use the same card upon check in. We have a chime card a chime card is not a pre paid card. They check us in no issue day 2 we try to extended our same room type the rate is the same. Today she try’s to charge us extra then the day before my reservation on Marriott bongos says 143 there incidental fee is always 20$ everytime I stay there they charge a 20$ fee. She trying to charge me 180 I ask why she says it’s the system I stay here all the time so I don’t understand why today I’m being charged more/ she then says I can just book with them directly I kindly ask her if she can cancel my stay on the app and re. Check me In at front desk \ she says no that I will be charged twice because it’s a feee to cancel lol she was giving me such a hard time and being very rude maybe she was having a bad day idk but then she says actaully I can’t check you in cause my emplyee tells me you have a prepaid card and I don’t have a pre paid card they don’t know what they are talking about so I tell her my card is not pre paid and she tells me to please leave her hotel or she will get the cops. I couldent believe how she was acting and treating me never did I argue or get loud nothing. Horrible experience.to be treated this way was so hurtful by a hotel that I stay at all the time and I’m a marriot member. Was very disappointed. Then I tell her why did u let me check on yesterday with this card if today it’s an issue she says that she broke the rules yesterday she was not even the one who checked me in and also they never said nothing about my card yesterday I feel like today it was just an easy excuse for her to use and she was being evil and mean for no reason. Then I catch her in lie she says today her employee told her the card wa prepaid but then she says yesterday she broke the rules to let me stay with my card but yesterday she didn’t know my card was pre paid as they say such lies and made up stories so I left . And had to find a new hotel. Horrible day horrible experience. By the way when I stay there they never give me issues but the last2 days my husband got the room he’s black just throwing that out there. And he was treated wrong both of us were. Do not stay at this hotel. They are horrible staff and don’t care about...
Read moreThis was the worst stay I have ever experienced at a Marriott property having been a member of the loyalty program for many years. Stayed over the New Year holiday for 3 nights. They advertise a hot tub on their site; there is none. They do not have a hot vegetarian option for breakfast; when I asked at the front desk, the associate asked how long I would be there and guaranteed me that there would be a option for the next day and for the rest of trip. To my surprise the next morning there was none. When I asked the associate at the desk, she said that they never have that and she doesn't know why he would have offered it when he was actually the supervisor and was well aware that the item potato with sausage was a pre-packaged option and only came as such. If I had been told this I could have made prior arrangements. The I came down on New Year's day to find out that the management decided not to provide breakfast on that morning without informing any of the guests. I asked the associate at the front desk why they didn't inform guests so they could make alternative arrangements and she told me that they didn't know either. Very poor management and very unfair to guests as I am from Canada and didn't have a car. I told her that I would be taking a couple of their freezer items as I needed to take my medication and their manager needed to contact me. It is now January 7th and I have not heard from anyone. I stayed at this hotel due to the complimentary breakfast as I am diabetic and need to take my medication with food in the mornings. The absolute worst service and not aligned with the regular Marriott service I have received over the years. I am very disappointed and I know for sure that I will never stay here again. And, based on this, I may even consider looking into other brand locations...
Read moreI am grateful to the owner of this hotel for teaching me how to be an obedient and sensible customer who will not cause any trouble to the property. While I still had seven or eight personal belongings in my room, their housekeeper removed them from the room at 9 a.m. and placed them separately. To be a good customer to this hotel, when I leave the room, I have to leave something valuable or large enough for them to think I don’t check out. In fact, I didn't check out in any way.|So their judgment was the criterion for everything, and they didn't care if I got all my stuff back, because when they handed me back the first bag, I took it and walked out, and later found out there should be more. They didn't care how shocked I was when I returned to my room because I thought my room had been broken into (see the photos attached). They didn't care that I had a lot of arrangements for a holiday and delayed me for 40 minutes waiting for them to return my personal belongings they removed from the room. - it took them four times to get all my stuff back. Thank to my good memory or maybe I still forgot something?? Then I’ll lose them forever. |All because they assumed the guest of a room that still had six or seven belongings checked out. Cleaned out my belongings and kept them in several bags/places (why not put them in one bag?) without a single notice to me. They used their best judgment to force me to check out and even taught me to hang up the “do not disturb” sign so it wouldn’t happen again and not feel sorry for what they did. What a gaslighting theory! Okay, for the first time in my life, I learned how to be a satisfying customer to the owner at this hotel.. I will remember the lesson they taught me and...
