I recently discovered this new Ecuadorian spot and I’m so glad I did! The food is absolutely delicious — the bolones are perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, packed with flavor. The tostones were golden and crunchy, just how they should be.
But the star of the show for me was the seco de chivo — tender, savory, and full of traditional spices that took me straight to Ecuador with every bite. And don’t skip the coffee! It’s rich, aromatic, and the perfect way to end the meal.
