5 years ago I left a 5 star rating. Today it became a 1. I couldn’t believe the nickel and dime act I just witnessed. I ordered three egg rolls and a small wonton soup. When I arrived for pickup, I was told I had a large soup. I said it was supposed to be small I then asked if I was being charged for a large. The young man said that I was not. I said it was no problem then. That’s when this older woman arrived on the scene. We went through the story again and she proceeded to take my take out package away to ‘fix it’. I again told her that it was no problem. She was insistent that she needed to take it back. I said to her you’re going to take my order apart and make me wait because you all messed it up? She relented and then walked to the young guy at the cash register. They discussed something in their native tongue, and she then laughed and grabbed the bag again to scurry off to the kitchen. I must have looked dumbfounded because the young man asked me again whether or not I had ordered a large or small wonton soup. I confirmed small, and so he then charged me. So basically I was made to take a seat and wait for them to ‘fix’ my order when it was prepared incorrectly by them in the first place. This situation begs the question, what did they do, pour the large into a small container? What became of the rest of it? Did it get served to someone else? A place that will jerk a customer around over half a measure of soup is no place that will ever receive my business again. What other corners do they cut? In what other ways do they demonstrate such frugality? Unbelievable. I...
Read moreI experienced the worst service ever. One of the server was racist. I went to got dinner with my mom, we both are from Peru. I was the one who ordered (im living about 3 years in America, so my English its good enough) so this lady since the beginning was asking twice what i was saying. I was being patient because i understand i have an accent, so is she. Anyways. After she dropped the food, she didn’t give us silverware, so i asked and she asked again twice, pretending she didn’t understand, then she grabbed the silverware and threw it to the table, tables around us was surprised her act. I didn’t say anything. Btw, there were more tables around us with her being server. She did NOT act like that. She refilled their water, asked about the food, checking on them, giving smiles back. ANYTHING OF THAT SHE DID FOR US. So after i saw that she refilled water I asked her to get a refill of water, her first answer was “are you done?” And i said, no but can you give me a refill? Then when she came back I asked her what is going on, why is she acting weird, she is being mean. She just walked away. I went to the cashier and ask for boxes and then the receipt. There was no manager to talk to. She came and start yelling that she just cant understand about i was asking water. She said because i speak another language she can’t understand, even we both have an ACCENT. Im so disappointed to this place, never...
Read moreMy family and I have been regular customers for a few years. Dined this evening and ordered two chicken dishes that were made and cooked as usual. Ordered a Pad Thai dish with vegetables only and when the dish came out there was an overwhelming smell of rot and seafood. I asked the waitress if they had put seafood in the dish and she said no. After she walked away, I moved the food around on the plate and the smell was overwhelming. When she returned several minutes later, I informed her that I wouldn't be eating the dish that there was definitely something wrong with the oil or the vegetables were rotted. She then removed the full plate and walked back towards the kitchen. When we went to pay at the door, I informed the cashier I didn't think I should be asked to pay for a dish that was not edible. She went to the kitchen and brought out someone who I assumed was an owner or manager. She told her that I didn't eat any of the food because it smelled rotted. The manager proceeded to say nothing and picked up the phone for a carryout order. My husband laid down the cash to cover our food including the untouched dish and we left. My husband walked back in and told the cashier again they should definetly check the food containers and the oil that the dish was prepared from because an odor that foul would have to make someone sick if consumed. We won't be...
