McDonald's — Restaurant in Newark

Went to the drive through at McDonald's on Union street in Newark Ohio placed our order we get up to the window and the girl tried to say it was $11.98 and we supposedly only had to pay 3.50 for 2 mcchickens a plain cheeseburger and a medium fry and she tried to say it was 11.98 to make a long story short the girl was very rude to us We told her to take the cheeseburger off and the medium fry she said NO! and we said give us THE REST OF OUR MONEY BACK FROM THE 10 DOLLARS AND she said no through the bag at my daughter and slammed the window on our face I called the union street McDonald's talk to a manager she came to the window didn't get much money back from the 10, got a dollar but she said we could keep the extra food And the only extra food that was in the bag was a medium fry the sandwiches were barely warm the 2 medium fry were stale I wouldn't feed them to a homeless PERSON the girl at the drive through was very rude she didn't give us the receipt because she heard my daughter and I talking about calling corporate and turning her in well,she must have overheard that conversation between my daughter and I and she kept the receipt so we couldn't get her name so we've been trying to call McDonald's and they put us To voicemail and now it's like off the hook and they won't even answer the phone because it's ringing busy, very rude service not a way to treat the customer's, I Think that that rude girl that waited on us needs to be fired and she does not need to work with People in our community cause she has poor Customer service skills McDonald's you need to do better and higher more respectful people if you want to keep your customers Happy and keep the food fresh ..McDonald's do better next time! ATTENTION HEALTH WARNING** This is a critical and time sensitive message to the citizens of NEWARK OH conserning your health and well being and any and all who take it serious. the pictures i have posted on this reveiw, believe it or not. were served to me through the drive thru late night at about 3:30am im not going to go to much into detail except when i bring this to the attention of the day shift general manager then the health dept. but i will say that looking back on this visit to this spicific facility and my observations of the staff that #1 not only were they very slow and just very...i guess, for lack of better words "lazy" is the vibe i got form the three employees that i interacted with but #2 they are unprofessional and i assume that they think that by giving ppl extra..... ( i cant even call it food ) that it makesup for there poor judgment and work ethics. But here is my point for posting this as time sensitive. cuz even tho this incident took place late well after midnight. you never know if the next time you decide to take your family to this mcdonalds for a early dinner and quick bite. it could be one of the same employees making your familys food who is willing to serve this TRASH ( i really am woundering if they got it from the trash beacuse every thing we asked for they kept saying they no longer served like a salad for ex. maybe thats tru idk but that wasnt all and they ACTUALLY suggested the new spicy chicken deluxe and my wife had just asked for a salad. so now im thinking did they suggest that cuz thats what they had laying around god knows where and were trying not to cook anything fresh.) Is there an option to not even give a star? Absolute worst McDonalds I have ever been to. You can order one thing and it will still be messed up. I ordered a mcchicken and a mcdouble, not too hard right? Wrong! Both my burgers were made upside down, my mcchicken had no mayo and the mcdouble had no onion and only had a Small portion of condiments. (I ordered them normal!) I got home and realized they were both made incorrectly and as I had just worked 6pm-2am I really did not feel like driving across town, so I went back to have it fixed. (20 minutes of waiting later) The manager handed me a bag back and expressed she had upgraded my fries. I pulled forward and decided to check before I went all the way home again and low and behold the sandwiches were the exact same, except for the pinch of onions and the clear "liquid" or mayonaise. I went back around and showed her the sandwiches a little aggressively because at this point I'm exhausted and have been in my car for over 30 minutes for two freaking sandwiches! The "line cook" who looked to be barely 18 and high out of his mind could not understand what was wrong with the sandwiches and stared at me, I'm sorry if I ruined your buzz.
