They don't care about the customer.

Every time I placed orders with them it took more than two hours to make the delivery and they spoke on the phone at 1:30 pm, but I was always patient and continued to order with them and indicate the location.

Once the delivery took almost 3 hours, after midnight with small children it is obvious we canceled the pizza to go to sleep. It's been so long that I didn't even remember!

Today I my wife called there and they lacked respect, in the case in question they did not deliver on time and put a notice that it is not for delivery to that address because of the previous cancellation. In other words, instead of apologizing, Marcia told me that they punish customers for their mistakes.

Several times that I ordered they came with changed ingredients, wrong order and cold pizza, and this history they do not write in the system to redeem themselves with the customer, even after that I still continued to order but today they embarrass me that way.

They can humiliate a customer today but by word of mouth they will lose many.

Recalling the employee refused to let me speak to a superior about the situation and tell me his name.

Stood there for almost ten minutes with noone in front of me in line. The cashier was giggling saying sorry man I have to put orders in the computer and he’s joking around with customers and workers while I’m standing there. I Just wanted a salad. After the cashier finally took my order it took another ten minutes which is fine for preparing food. Asked for peppers and onions in my salad. And he asked me what that was. I said it three more times and then he laughed sarcastically and said “oooooh peppers and onions” Came with lettuce and tomato thats it and no fork. As I’m waiting a guy comes in for a slice. The cashier gives him an attitude when he asks “Do you guys have slices” points over at the case and says “right there”. The man asks for parmesan cheese and the cashier says “naaah man dont have any”. I look to my left and there are 3 parmesean cheese shakers in the case next to the slices. I mean come on. The restaurant is comfortable, pretty and play Brazilian music (some good songs, some bad songs). The pizza has great quality and appearance. I liked pretty much "Chicken with cream cheese", great ingredients and quality. The Brazilian jerky pizza (that is my favorite) it wasn't really good, it came with a low quality cheddar sauce and the pizza was kinda wet, with too much onion and green peppers, I wish I could feel more jerky meat but still good. I love Brazilian sweet pizzas (specially chocolate) but they don't have it, just Nutella and "Brigadeiro" (It is a kind of chocolate cream, but is not chocolate), so i tried "Brigadeiro with strawberry" Esfiha, it has a great look, but the taste of the chocolate Brigadeiro It wasn't the best for me.
