What happened to this place?! Stopped in previously and really enjoyed the different music (different for the area) played: classic rock. I'm not huge on classic rock, but it's preferable to the pop or club drivel that's pumped way too loudly at most bars. The rooftop was really nice too. Fast forward to today: pulled up and heard Guido club garbage music booming outside their walls. Not a good sign. Upon walking in, some guy at the door tells me that unless I'm on some first list I'll have to pay $25 just to walk in the door. What? To put this in context, the place was empty and it was 3:00pm. So I was being asked to pay to enter, and increase the head count to 2. Pass. Too bad: Pour Abbey's was off to a good start a few years ago, but I won't be returning if that's their new atmosphere. $25 to walk through the door at a place across the street from the projects pffft. Stopped by with my family for lunch. They have a good selection of beers. Draft beers and IPAs taste were not that good. So grabbed some bottled beers instead. They have Sagres and Super Bock bottled beers. I personally ordered the clams "Amêijoas à Bulhão Pato", they were really good. We also ordered two dishes of salmon, but it needed some more cooking to be well cooked. Otherwise, if you like medium cooked is alright. The bartender and service was great. Food is good. Burgers and steak sandwich are great.

They changed fries recently which is just ok. Please bring back the seasoned crunchy fries! Those were the best. We would order those all the time and would come here just for those and the drinks alone.

Drinks are a hit or miss on service and whether they're available. Regardless their servers are friendly even if they can't understand your order. so it's tough to get mad for getting the incorrect drink.

They have indoor and outdoor seating. Good selection of music that is not drowning out your ability to hear...
