Prados Cheesesteak House and Tacos — Restaurant in Newark

I ordered shrimp tacos and a chicken burrito.. I order here often and am met with a smile from a worker every time. This particular time there was a woman there taking my order. I sat and waited and while waiting 3 other customers came in and ordered and got their food before me. I finally get my food and head home. I open my food and it’s completely wrong. I dont eat pork and she gave me pork tacos and a very sloppy made chicken burrito with barely any chicken in it nor was it seasoned.. i called to tell her about her mistake and she was too concerned with the price difference between shrimp and chicken. The order was wrong and nasty and half of it i couldnt eat anyway due to the fact i dont eat pork! Smh. They suck now and are cheap as hell and...

I can't rate the food or atmosphere because I looked at their menu and it doesn't explain what anything is. For example there is a cheesesteak called A.K.A ray thug steak or something like that. Now how in the world is someone supposed to know what that is if they have never been here? Only short 1 star because it was a little pricey and pretty hot inside the place. The cheese steaks are on point here, had the brick city and a regular one . It came on a Christmas plate in August which if you know anything about the hood that's the best sign you could get a place cause you know the food is gonna be on point.
