Party World Decorations — Local services in Newark

So due to and emergency we no longer needed the rental chair for our shower. I called party world only to get multiple contradictive responses. I was told that they need 24 hours in advance to cancel custom orders which we never asked for Also was not expressed at all at purchase. I was then told that we should have asked what do we do in and emergency. As well as they redo everything on the chairs and we asked for a custom order once again. We never asked for a custom order we asked for a chair that was already done as is and nothing else was said at all! I was hung up on multiple times also was told I was playing a game of semantics because I stated none of these policies were told to us or written on the reciept and she kept changing the policy over the phone every time I caught her in a lie. she kept going on about she knew we were told this at purchase then later said she doesn't know if she was there and continues to contradict herself and say anything to keep her payment I mean it seems like this place needs the money pretty bad. So I'm not going to put up a fight if you need anything for a shower please DO NOT GO HERE unless you want a headache. I'm sorry to anyone who was ripped off by this...

The lady here treats you like actual garbage. She speak to you like you’re stupid. I think she was having a bad day so I decided to be extra nice to maybe make her day a little better. Instead her attitude grew even more. I was extremely shocked at her attitude so I said “I think I’ll just go” she made it seem like I was nothing while she agreed....I was like “wow please treat your next customers nicely because you’re being mean to me and I’m not sure why” and she asked the man there to get me out....he grilled me....and I was so frightened by the attitude of these people that I decided to leave.... I remember when I was a kid I came here once and I remember them being rude to my parents. I decided to come to this store since it was on the way to my destination. I originally did not realize it was the same store until I was a block away. I also wanted to give them another try since I wasn’t an adult back then and still always thought the store on the inside was cute. However, these people make everything they have look as trashy as they make...

Horrible owner and service...rented curtains with the poles..had no use to at all Bc we couldn’t set it up ..even took picture of whole event to show the owner and still didn’t care or have a heart to reimburse me for the money I paid to supposedly “rent” it. She was smiling with a evil face and didn’t care about her customer. Don’t give her business..her keepsakes are CHEAP and already made..I asked for teal coral and fuscia flowers and she gave me light blue pink and...
