Newark Public Library - Branch Brook — Attraction in Newark

My son and I were scheduled to meet with an Occupational Therapist from the Newark Board of Education at this Branch located at 235 Clifton Ave. When We arrived for our first time I didn't know where to go. Noone greeted us or asked how may they be of help to us. So I asked the clerk on the 2nd floor who was seated on the first desk to the left if she knew who the Therapist was. She seemed very bothered to have even been asked a question. She rudely told me I HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH THAT!!! I was appalled by her response. Never will I visit this Branch again.
