Groucho's Deli — Restaurant in Newberry

I have post a lot of reviews, good and bad but all are honest, this is the worst review I have posted because the whole experience was horrible. We are long time customers and never had an issue until today. We came in for lunch and I used the bathroom, nasty nasty, pee all over the floor and it smelled, my wife confirmed the ladies room was equally nasty. We ordered two salads and a bowl of chili to share. Our food came and the salads are significantly smaller, the bowl of chili was really just a cup, certainly not a bowl. One taste of the chili is all it took, my meal was ruined, the chili was the most tasteless chili I have ever had and it wasn't cheap, over $8.00 I ate one spoonful, gross, Wendy's chili is ten times better at half the price. We went to check out and since the meal wasn't that great I decided to get a brownie for the ride home. Total bill was $47 that's two salads, a cup of something they call chili, a water, a tea and the brownie. We could have had two steaks, sides and glass of wine at Applebee's cheaper, we eat out enough to know and that's accurate. So we opened the brownie and tried to eat it, it fell apart all in my lap like a handful of dirt and I honestly think a handful of dirt would have tasted better. So we spent way too much on nasty food, had to use a nasty bathroom, ate dirt and had nothing but regret for stopping at Grouchos. Look, you guys can do better, go get a bowl of chili at Texas Roadhouse and make it like that, take note of the bowl. Have someone clean the bathroom stop cheaping out on portion size, there are many other (better)options in that...

Based on the response given to me, I thank you for the generic response. This platter was one that would feed 10 people. Ok, equivalent of ten subs. So it takes the staff there 2 hours to put together 10 subs? That's 5 subs an hour, right? The profit on 5 subs.. id be a nervous wreck. So, 2 customers walk in, 1 wants 3 subs, the other wants 2 subs.. Does this mean no more customers can get their order for the next hour? I do believe you know what I'm talking about, if you didn't, you probably wouldn't own the business. Just saying, maybe we should be a little more prepared. For now, gotta drop the rating for attempting to make this seam like I was having an event "Catered". They sell platters, but not prepared to give you one quickly. Up until last night I didn't have an issue with this entity. Last night I drove 30 minutes to get the salad I always get and have NEVER had to check my order for accuracy. I get home and find that I paid over $10 for a container of lettuce with a spoonful of tuna fish on it. Definitely not the grilled chicken salad that I ordered. Went in today and said something and all the kid said was "we had a lot of complaints about someone messing up orders last night". No trying to make it right even after I ordered a grilled chicken salad today and asked for extra chicken and cheese.
