Hardee’s — Restaurant in Newberry

Food was great but however the rude manager on this morning 1/26/20 made me just wanna stop coming all together she was and older lady with the Burgundy lipstick and a bun and braid ,a manager I come here on a regular , weekends every morning! But I came thru the drive thru and the cashier was great but all it takes is one bad apple, But I know I got 4combos fathers first time around she didn’t even wanna speak I go back around and ordered two more items and as I was finishing up the pay process I mentioned to the cashier I would like some extra jelly you know just one or two the manager Immediately stuck her head out the window and began an interrogation about what and how many packs of jelly I need with a whole attitude like I’m about to take her last pack or something . If you had of nicely said there will be a small charge for the extra ok cool that’s fine by me I get what I want you get what you want and did what was best for the company at the same time versus you being rude and still giving the item away to the costumer case now the you lose a good costumers and the company lose money see where I’m going with this it’s a slippery slope from there! Time after time I order there my order has been incorrect. EVERY time, in store or online I ask no cheese, I get cheese on every layer. This time, the one time I actually order cheese (basically accepted it at this point) I don't even get the Swiss cheese that's supposed to be on the Frisco burger. Once I've ordered a burger and they literally put nothing on it, just a plain burger. They corrected it but still doesn't excuse how a mistake like that gets by. But this time was the last straw. We order a milkshake, and it's literally just MILKY WATER. Just left this place, with this wisdom: DO NOT go to a greasy burger joint for Mexican food...the Red Burrito portion of Hardee's is a joke. This location, however, the employees weren't rude, but not overly friendly, restaurant was basically clean. That being said, I ordered a taco salad: the shell was stale, as if a week or two old, the salsa literally had ice in it..who doesn't know that ICE doesn't belong in a taco salad?? Very sub-par. Yet, my husband and daughter ordered burgers that they said were ok, they were large and greasy, typical of any burger dive. This place would be a last resort to dine at in this town. Never...
