I struggle with leaving an honest review because if I do...then I can't keep this little slice of heaven all to myself. But I'm working on being a better person, so in the spirt of being selfless, please enjoy this novel of some of the things I loved about Mia's during my first visit.
First, the menu is a mix of American and Caribbean dishes that looked and smelled incredible coming out of the kitchen. The menu isn't too big or small, either. A good mix of casual bites and full entrees. They even have beautiful desserts (seriously, their strawberry cheesecake is served in a MARGARITA GLASS).
Second, the drinks are absolutely INCREDIBLE. Now I must admit I absolutely overindulged during my visit because the flavor in these drinks was just SO DAMN GOOD. The pumpkin spice martini tastes just like a slice of fresh pie. And the Candy Apple Margarita was straight happiness in a glass. Cameron, the bartender, is incredibly talented. A true master of flavors. If cocktails aren't your thing they also have some good beer selections and Cameron makes a great shot! They also have some mouthwatering mocktails if you're really not feeling alcohol. Cameron mentioned that the drink menu changes seasonally and I am eager to see what new concoctions he'll come up with next!
Third, while I did not have the pleasure to meet the owner as he was busy cleaning tables and ensuring everything was running smoothly, I was very fortunate to have some wonderful conversation with our incredible server, Adrianna. She's so kind and patient. Answered every question we had about the menu, new business, upcoming events etc and she never made us feel rushed or like a bother for asking so many questions. She was a total gem!
And lastly, the decor is soo warm and inviting. Plenty of spaces to sit and relax with comfy chairs at good sized tables. The room flowed nicely. It's easy to have an intimate one on one conversation or lean over and make some new friends at the next table, both of which I did lol. What was supposed to be a quick drink or two with my fiancé turned into a 4+ hour memorable evening. This will definitely be a regular spot for us from now on and I encourage you, my dear reader, to stop by and give them a try. Even if you're just grabbing a drink at the bar I can assure you that you won't be disappointed.
To the awesome staff: I'm sorry if I spelled your names wrong! But each of you are amazing and we can't wait to drop in...
Read moreI recently had the pleasure of dining at Mia Bar & Lounge, and I can't recommend it enough! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere that perfectly set the stage for a memorable evening.
The menu offers a diverse selection of dishes, each crafted with care and bursting with flavor. I opted for the Flatbread and Mofongo, and it was nothing short of perfection—cooked to perfection and beautifully presented. The drink menu is equally impressive, with a variety of creative cocktails and a well-curated wine list that complements the food perfectly.
What truly sets this place apart, however, is the exceptional service. The staff is attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about ensuring every guest has a wonderful experience. They went above and beyond to make sure our evening was special.
The lounge area is the perfect spot to relax after dinner, with a cozy ambiance and live music that adds to the overall experience. Whether you're looking for a romantic dinner, a night out with friends, or just a place to unwind, Mia Bar & Lounge is the place to be.
I can't wait to return and explore more of what their menu has to offer. A truly outstanding...

The atmosphere is super welcoming, and with seats at the tables that are incredibly comfortable. The staff were friendly and attentive, greeting us promptly at our table and ensuring everything was to our liking.
The appetizers were a highlight. We ordered the Spinach Artichoke Dip and Mozzarella Sticks. Both were delicious and arrived quickly. We paired them with a Screwdriver (with a splash of cranberry juice), Rum & Coke (not pictured), Cucumber Mojito, and Newmarket Fizz. The Cucumber Mojito and Newmarket fizz were particularly refreshing.
For dessert, the Strawberry Cheesecake and Tres Leches slices were divine. The Strawberry Cheesecake was scooped into a margarita glass and topped with strawberry glaze and fresh strawberries. All the flavors came together perfectly in the last bite! The slice of Tres Leches was a delight, with its subtle sweetness and light creamy flavor
The interior has a great vibe, with a corner featuring a comfy couch and a faux grass wall that's perfect for Instagram-worthy photos.
Already planning my next visit. I can not wait to come back and try more of this bar's delicious...
