Wing-Itz Discriminated Against My 2 Children with Special Needs, and I will never go back. I came here with my family tonight hoping for some indoor seating for 2 small children with special needs in the comfort of the interior of Wing-itz. The table in the corner that seated a family of 4 was given to a young couple and we were told to sit outside. NOT a pleasant experience; How can you justify giving an indoor table to a young couple, over a family of 4 that has children with special needs? They also offered us to sit on high stools that wouldn’t even accommodate our children. Thank you for sending us outside to be eaten by mosquitos. Please do yourself and your family a favor and don’t come here. NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY UPDATE: I love how the owner doubled down and became defensive in the response! We were never offered to wait for another table. The couple in question was already sitting at a cleaned table for 2 People. The table for 4 People wasn’t even cleaned yet; it was full of Dirty Placemats and dishes. The Couple Tried to offer us the table, But we were offered to sit at tables that our children couldn’t even touch the floor on. Wing-Itz prioritized the comfort of a young couple, over a Family that has children with special needs. Thanks for lying on the internet to defend yourself! You had an opportunity to make things right; but your defensive stance and your False statements Just lost my business! I wish you could’ve seen how happy that couple was, and how upset, and cold my disabled 6 year old child with special needs was. Look at other Negative Reviews; The owner Apologizes and offers to Refund the Meal, which was not the case here. 5 out of the last 13 most relevant reviews here are negative at the time of this writing, over one third. I just hope you didn’t take this out on Skye, and treat her poorly as well; She provided...

We did not appreciate the fake customer service. The bar lady was giving more attention to the regulars and never checked in with us other than the beginning and in the end of our meal. I wrote her a nice note about how we felt in the receipt because I didn’t feel like it was worthy given of a tip. You don’t make out-of-towners feel like a background object or a number. It doesn’t put a good face to the town.
RESPONSE TO BOTH OF OUR REVIEWS
NO there was no “misunderstanding” it was clear our server did the bare minimum, this happen before the manager dropped in liquor. The regs got all of the servers attention, AND AGAIN it was only at the beginning check in and checking out that we got our server to check in with us. Not during at point of our meal did she ask if we needed anything. This simply a lack / absence of accountability. CLEARLY the server treated us like we weren’t coming...
