Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Newnan

The service here is very poor. When I arrived there was only 2 other customers waiting, and they continued to wait almost 30 more minutes. The lobby of the restaurant filled with people and the orders were given out in NO order at all although most (including me) ordered hot and ready meals. Some customers that came and ordered the same thing as me got there orders immediately at the counter. The girl behind the counter continued on conversations with other employees and friends across the counter as others were waiting to order. As customers began to get angry, she just stared at them or ignored them completely instead of apologizing for the wait. Many employees asked for their money back, which she just took out of the register and gave to them while barely looking at them. One man had ordered over the phone (like 2 pepperoni, 2 cheese, and a supreme) 25 minutes before coming in and STILL waited as long as I did before he asked for his money back and went next door for a meal for his family. An ex employee was there and he was the kindest person in there. He preceded to take his jacket off and go into the back and help makes pizzas and get orders out. Turns out that the girl behind the counter wasn't following the list or crossing items like she was supposed to. Only then were we able to get our pizza (one pepperoni pizza), which the ex employee came up from the back and handed to me. I have never seen so many angry customers in any establishment that I've ever been in. I recommend the PizzaHut 3 minutes down the road 👀 Maybe not as cheap but I guess you get what...

My boyfriend went to get a pizza from here and when we got the pizza and tasted it, it tasted old and dry so I called back up there to ask if we could exchange for a fresh one and the lady who answered the phone told me to "just bring the pizza back up here and we will talk when you get here" then hung up. When we got there we walked up to the counter and this older lady wearing a collar shirt (assuming she was the manager at the moment) told us to "move over and the next cashier will take care of it." Finally we got the new pizza it wasn't done in the middle and the cheese wasn't even melted in the middle. Needless to say both cashiers on duty around 2pm need to learn what good...

I walked into Little Caesar at approx 10:50. The 'Open' sign is clearly showing opened. I was not greeted, the dark curly haired woman says it gonna be a minute. I say ok, approximately how long on a cheese pizza. She acted as if she suddenly went deaf. I step into her site line and say, "excuse me, ma'am" to which she does not reply. I say, I'm just trying to get an estimate on how long on a cheese pizza, to which still no reply. I understand the holidays can be a bit overwhelming but rudeness has no place in public service or customer service. And because of her service, our office will now get their pizzas from elsewhere.
