I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Jimmy John’s, and especially about Christie, the catering manager! From the moment I walked in, she was an absolute delight. Christie’s positivity and energy were contagious—her genuine warmth made every single person who walked through the door feel incredibly welcome. She took the time to engage with everyone in such a friendly and caring manner, creating an atmosphere that was so inviting and pleasant. It’s rare to come across someone with such a natural ability to brighten up a room!

And of course, the food was fantastic! As always, Jimmy John’s delivered fresh, tasty sandwiches that hit the spot. But it was Christie’s exceptional service that really stood out. We came into this location to order a Sandwich. There were 2 employees working. The younger gentleman in red was making one of our sandwiches which was OK, the elder gentleman in black was sweating making our sandwiches and I could see sweat rolling off his nose dripping next to our sandwich, for all I know maybe dripping onto our sandwich as we went to make our drinks with my sister. I made a comment sir I hope none of your sweat is dripping all over our sandwich as i am telling the Gentleman there was still sweat at the tip of his noise about to drip off of his noise. the younger employee looks over to his other employer and could see sweat dripping off that person's nose. I recently ordered a 30-piece party box from the Jimmy John’s on MacArthur Blvd in Newport Beach, and it was fantastic! The sandwiches were super fresh, perfectly portioned, and a huge hit with everyone at our gathering. The variety in the box was great, and it made catering so easy.

The staff was incredibly friendly and had my order ready on time, even during a busy part of the day.
