Update: The GM, Raim, reached out. I really appreciate his prompt response and him listening to us explain the situation. Hopefully, Bella doesn’t treat anyone else like this again.

Good food, HORRIBLE SERVICE. I waited at the front POS and literally had my menu snatched out of my hand to be given to another customer. I waited there for several minutes to order before I went to the other line to order. But lo and behold, as soon as I left that line, the person had no problem taking orders from the next person. Anyways, the next POS cashier was not any better. Bella was so ridiculously rude to my friends and I. We were very patient with her trying to order, she was very rude and short with us. She was very snappy and impolite, giving us a hard time about each drink and entree. I have NO idea what herproblem is. Of course my friends and I put 0% tip on our $80 tab for her ridiculous attitude so she charged us extra for pancakes we did not order? When we confronted her about it, she exclaimed "Maybe you accidentally clicked side of pancakes when you pressed no tip!" Extremely rude and unprofessional. We all used to be servers and would never treat customers like that. Who the heck does she...

this place has some of the worst mexican food ive ever had in socal

the tortillas in the chicken tacos were hard and old, the chicken had the texture of soft paper towels and tasted as if it came from a can

the nachos had strange toppings that were spread extremely unevenly, with unmelted cheese that smelled like it was not safe to eat

the frozen margarita was barely frozen and tasted super artificial, with the worst quality tequila and a cup that was so sticky i had to use a napkin to pick it up

the tables were sticky and unclean and the workers were either extremely rude or unprofessional, not to mention the overpriced food. the view from this place is also not even good, as it directly faces the parking lot and completely blocks your view of the ocean

i would definitely not recommend this place to...

This was the best food we had all trip to CA. My husband had bloody Mary’s and I had a house margarita. Very strong, both. We decided to eat and for carne asada nachos, shrimp tacos, and a calamari plate. Items were extremely reasonably priced compared to other places there. $10-12 a person and for the quality it was well worth more. The shrimps were chunky and meaty and cooked perfectly. The calamari was cooked well and the portions more than expected. The carne asada nachos were amazing! We polished them clean. Plus we got to sit and watch the beach and the beach people while we ate and drank and it was very relaxing and chill. We wanted to go back but didn’t get to this trip. Will definitely go back here if we make it to...
