Taco Bell — Restaurant in Newport Beach

Typically this location does a great job, however I had a relatively poor experience. We ordered 3, $5 boxes with the Cantina 🌮 🌮🌮! All 3 tacos were broken and each comes with the rare avocado sauce, they only put one packet! I called to converse with the manager, he sounded like he was in high school. I politely asked his name before the conversation began to tell him they typically do a great job, he kept asking my name first, like adolescent in high school playing games. I said are you serious, this is the type of customer service you provide sir? He said his name is JUSTIN! Justin seemed very disinterested like this is a regular thing that he does to customers, and he dislikes his job. He kept asking what time I came in , it was approximately 730pm. After I politely conveyed my experience, he offered a full refund, I said thank you very much I really appreciate it! Then he gave me an internal phone number that I called and the person on the line indicated it was the wrong number and this is for Taco Bell employees from their restaurant to call. Then he provided the correct number. I called the number and was on hold for over 10 minutes, and hung up. It really wasn’t worth the time to get a $19 refund. I want to start by saying I love Taco Bell, but this last experience has disappointed me beyond measure. The experience stated off very poor when I ordered a Baja blast, and they tell me they are out.... I then ask for dr. Pepper because most taco bells have it, and they didn’t even sell it! I literally go to Taco Bell for the Baja Blast. Next issue I had was once I was already home. I opened my burrito and what do you know, they put the wrong meat in. When I ordered, the option was sausage or steak. (I got the new breakfast burrito) Well, I get home, and they put bacon. Bacon wasn’t even an option when I ordered! I never get Taco Bell bacon because it’s always super dry, and flavorless. I usually get sausage but not today. Very disappointing. These employees never check recipes before they make it, first I ordered without beans and stuff. They put everything in the guys who drove black Honda civic always messing up the food. Of course you drink and smoke we know but when you come to work it is not a play place like McDonald's. You are working as minimum wage and still can't handle it How do you guys want to raise it up with this attitude to the customer ? What if you go to a restaurant and someone did that to you guys ?
