I never seen fried rice or had yock where it appears the rice and noodles were marinated in soy sauce. The rice and yock noodles were dark brown. While the shrimp fried rice tasted okay, I found the yock to be a little too salty for me. I don't know if plain white noodles are an option, where I can add my soy sauce, vinegar, and other condiments.
