Waffle House — Restaurant in Virginia

My uncle is new in town I want to take me up a cuppa coffee so I decided to take them to a waffle house that my mother told me was the place to go to it was fascinating excellent customer service cleanliness and a touch of southern hospitality little did I know that my uncle which she doesn’t eat his breakfast completely had a wonderful time is play is clean the server was so nice and the employees here was so helpful so full of Shear smiles they were courteous kind I have not the words to say how complete my experience was my server and never the less he is a serve safe specialist and retired I have not the words to say how pleased I was with the server Dominique she wasn’t by herself to cook cook my chicken so much for size texture and I am here to say that if anybody’s coming from out of town or anywhere in town in Newport news or coming from Boston Massachusetts please stop to this waffle house on Jefferson Avenue in Newport news nonetheless I feel that they deserve any nonetheless monetary accolades and in addition to...

Today was terrible at this location the food was bad because the cook was in a bad mood and cussing and throwing stuff around the wait staff was obnoxious they were so load and oblivious to there job THE MUSIC was so load you could not talk and the staff was just dancing and singing like they were drunk. Also wanted to point out if corporate reads this they were also stealing food I watched 1 tall very heavy set waitress take 6 steaks out and cook them then she put 3 on a plate and 3 in a Togo box went and hid the box with her stuff and came back got a full plate of hash browns and then sat down and ate it all and no one said a word to her so I'm not sure where the management was today at this location but this group of staff can not be left along just...

The staff here on Sunday morning 10/30/16 are rude, disrespect and unprofessional. You need to actually do you job instead of gossiping about one another. My husband and I waited 20 minutes before Even getting WATER because of the attitude of our first immature waitress. Thankfully another girl who I assume is fairly new because she was very flustered took our order. She was extremely polite and although I could tell she was having a rough day, worked with a smile on her face.

We will never be returning here because of the staff, it would be one thing if This was one bad day but the attitude of these apparent adults has not changed once since I started coming here. Time to hire some people who can grasp the simplicity of Waffle house because this...
