I'd give it no stars except for the way regional management handled things. I'm from California, and had only been to jimmy johns once before in Arizona. I won't get started on that visit. I moved to Newton with my family a few months ago. I stopped at jjs on my way home one day. Was startled at the rudeness of the staff. I asked for an application on the way out, and the guy behind the counter laughed and said "don't bother, they won't hire you".
I'll have to assume it's because I have manners. Anyway, the sandwich wasn't bad, but nothing special. I brought my wife and kids with me on the next visit. We ordered from a man who had a speech impairment, but he had everything right on the receipt. I had asked for plain yellow mustard on mine, and the kids sandwich we had asked for no sopresata. My son is autistic and won't eat if his food has stuff he isn't used too. Sure enough, no mustard on mine and the kids had the sopresata on it. I took mine up to get mustard added and the girl said that she had already put it in there. I showed it to her and she stomped across the kitchen and literally threw a handful of packets at me. I managed to catch two of them. I went on Facebook and left a bad review right away. Regional management asked if they could call me, and they apologized and asked for details and mentioned that there had been similar problems with that employee. They did send me a ten dollar gift card, which we did use, but had more rude employees. These ones were making fun of the customers they had just delivered to. This is a small town with at least two other sandwich shops. We will never go back here again, and I told all my coworkers and friends about this as well. Several of them mentioned bad service experiences too. Good luck to you. I recommend pjs deli on the other side of the square. We go there about...

I said rude I wasn't being rude!!!and then a young lady making the sandwiches yelled while standing next to the lady yelled HAVE A NICE DAY!!! So needless to say they won't get my business anymore!!! It was a good spot Togo to but the 2 ladies and the one kids working the window killed it I won't be spending my money...
Read moreSecond time I've ordered from this location, both times disappointing. First time they took over 2 hours to deliver the food and gave me a single brownie to make up for it, mind you it was an $80 order. I didn't complain because the delivery driver was kind and she should of been the one in management. Tonight we gave it another shot (pick up), spent $60. One of the sandwiches had a hair in it, ok gross but it happens. Called the store and spoke to Sabrina, asked for a refund of the sandwich and for it to be remade. Asked her to make sure the workers are making sure they are using hairnets....Sabrina's response was "I shed alot, I'm going through menopause"!!! I am beyond speechless to her response. I never had this happen with any other Jimmy John's, truly disappointing. I was so excited to have them back. Needless to say I passed...
