TERRIBLE, terrible service. My MEXICAN girlfriend ordered over the phone and then went in person to pick up. She waited over an hour and the food never came out. No one helped her. I was babysitting her niece and nephew so I told her to come home and I’ll go wait. When I arrived, I asked someone if the order was ready and told them it’s been over an hour. They said let me check and never came back out. I waited and when someone finally did, I asked, is my order ready and they acted like it was my first time asking. I then said, is it cooking? And she said let me check, she took ten minutes and came back and said, I see the order there. I asked if it was cooking and she said it should be another 20 mins because there are other people ahead of you. I was very upset and told her AGAIN I HAVE BEEN WAITING OVER AN HOUR NOW and actually an hour and a half. I also watched as other people came in and told me They ordered only 20 mins ago and had their order.they originally told my girlfriend it would be 25 mins. When I heard the way they didn’t care I told them to cancel the order. No apology, not how can we fix this or anything…They did not care. I want to give the benefit of the doubt but I have a hard time believing this wasnt another issue. Terrible Terrible Terrible! Most of these great reviews were from 2-7 years ago and back then, I really liked the place. I've worked around the corner from this place for the past 7 years and still work in the area. The food quality went down drastically. The vegatables were wilted and taste spoiled and and serving size of all there dishes have skimped drastically yet the price stays the same if not more. I vowed never to come back after telling myself this 3 previous times. Then I thought I really liked their fried bananas, there's no way they could mess that up. Well I was wrong big time. The fried banana was fried around the crispy light dough drizzled with honey as usual but when I bit into it, I swear there was about a pinch of banana fried around this big dough wrap. REALLY, you mean to tell me you cant even use a decent size from banana pieces the whole fried banana order probably took up a corner tip of a banana cut up in itty bitty pieces. NEVER, EVER, EVER, EVER, EVER will I give this place another...

I wish I could "be happy" that I tried this place for the first time and guess what happened, they blew it. Words of caution to all vegetarians and vegan. ALL THAI CURRIES HAVE FISH based ingredients so order with specifics of what you want. This place has the worst customer service I have ever seen. Nobody cares if you keep waiting for a server at the door and if the phones are ringing....the guy comes...looks at you...takes his calls and 20mins later..without offering to know if u want take out or dine in assumes you are take out then if you happen to find your own seat he never shows up to you and when you go to order he charges you before you eat and after all said and done, says sorry I thought you were dine-in and serves you chicken when the order was clearly written in his own hand writing that it's a TOFU CHO CHEE CURRY.
