I ordered a honey garlic chicken and it was delivered to me on time, but it wasn’t edible. The meat was extremely overcooked, I could barely bite it. When I called to ask to exchange the dish, I was told it wasn’t possible unless I came to the restaurant to make an exchange. After explaining that I was home with my sleeping kids by myself, the woman said to call back later and hung up. The order arrived at 8pm so I’m not sure what later means - I usually eat dinner at dinner time. I called back again and spoke to the same woman who was rude and nasty on the phone. I asked if it’s possible to get a refund since the meat is not edible and she said to call back later for the exchange. It’s clear they do not value their customers.

This is a nice place for asian food. I usually go out and try different asian cuisines with my wife. The most amazing thing about this place is the atmosphere. You almost feel like you are in a bar( little different feel from other asian places) We ordered rice dishes and both were delicious. There is a nice collection of draft beer as well. Will definitely recommend

Not the best Chinese restaurant I've visited. We ordered the Shrimp Vegetables and the cashew chicken; Food had no flavor and service was suboptimal. Hot oil was burnt and the egg drop soup needed salt. The cashew chicken had 3X more veggies then cashews and the chicken was only little leftover remenamt pieces. Ended up leaving most of our food on the table.

I ordered the chicken pad Thai (which was mounted in peanuts and lemon slices w/ stringy chicken w, soggy string beans. No flavor whatso ever) And the chicken wings they claim are crispy aren’t. But I want to give the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AWARD to the young girl who delivered my food/handled my phone call when I called back to complain. She said that the chicken pad Thai is the most popular on the menu and there aren’t any complaints ever that I’m a terrible customer and that she will not issue me a refund. I let her know I’m admitted at the hospital across from here that I won’t be here for longer that I wouldn’t wanna new order but then to just be issued a refund. She started laughing in my face and hung up. I called back a second time where she then was screaming yelling at someone in the background, then said “yes I can issue a refund cause I never wanna deal with a customer like you ever again”. She asked me to read my card number, she charged my card again to be funny and said “oops Mamm I actually double charged your card again, but don’t worry let me fix it cause I know how bad of a customer you already are”. #1 that’s fraud charging me again and pretending like u know u hit the wrong button, this place should be shut down, not even rats should eat here. People are rude and the...

This location as changed hands every few years. Currently, we've been really disappointed with most of the main dishes. Bok choi as great garlic flavor but twice the bok choi is so overcooked to the point of slimy, even after asking the second time not to overcook. We ordered salt and pepper squid that was battered in something completely flavorless, tasted like straight corn starch and the squid rings were 3" in diameter, I kid you not, and no tentacles. Chewy beyond edible. The fried rice only has rice and onions and couple pieces of pork. Having said this they also have the best hot and sour soup I've ever had and their Peking raviolis are great. At this point, this is all we order from here. Very disappointing because the folks are...

You know how you get kinda used to the way 'your' chinese food place prepares food? I always struggle when I move to new places to find a restaurant that does it all the way I like it. I'm pretty simple and usually just order pork fried rice and wonton soup, same thing my dad ordered every time we ever got chinese food my whole life. I moved to the area almost 2 years ago and was so often disappointed trying different restaurants. Food was usually still okay, just not the taste I was looking for, and I was starting to get really frustrated. At last, I found Zheng Garden just before the pandemic hit, and it has been a beacon of hope and comfort food prepared just the way I like it, helping us get through these difficult...
