Worst location, even worse than the Wichita locations.
Drive thru person, initially tells me that they will have a 20 minute wait.. in a drive through, due to whatever issue they were having (couldn't really hear since the Female employee didn't have the mic away from her mouth). To which I responded that it would be fine and wanted to proceed with my order.
While I was trying to get the information from my passenger about what he wanted to order, she was rushing me to try and communicate the order to her. After he told me what he wanted, I proceed to tell her, she repeats and during a period of silence, hear the chime of her iPhone Facebook message notification loud and clear in the background.
Even hearing this, I started with MY personal order. After getting the two items ordered for myself, she explains "What, say that again". I repeat what I had just placed an order, she then asks "Anything else" I respond, "Yes, there is" then say the item and then order two drinks. Apparently I had an attitude, to which she verbally states "I don't appreciate the way your making me seem stupid by the way you are talkin to me." I responded with, "I mean, if I could get my order in, without hear the chime of your iPhone through the mic, and even you trying to rush through an order when there's a so called wait in a drive through. So what I would appreciate is not having to repeat myself to someone that obviously is on their phone and not putting in an order into their touch screen. She then repeats the same line she said earlier, only this time, she adds, "I didn't hear what you had said for the first item, that's my bad, but I don't appreciate you making me feel stupid."
I responded that I didn't make her out to be stupid, just ingnorant of that fact that she can't do a simple job of putting in an order and trying to defend not being on her phone that is obviously sounding notification through the headset.
After this, a male voice comes across the intercom and says "I'm sorry sir and now you can leave my drive through."
If the franchisee allows this kind of behavior at night, makes one think that the same thing happens with the day shift also, but probably worse. Especially to allow employees to be on their phones in...

Read moreThe kids who took the orders up front knows what he was doing. Rung in everything right. However when I got my tacos I payed for them to be supreme. The boy in the front got it right. The manager in the back still wanted to see the receipt even though the boy tried to tell him it was right. That boy apologized so many times before I even had to come up there. The cooks were messing up left and right and it’s like the guy upfront was expecting it and was trying to be genuine with everyone. Maybe the manager should be up front managing not a team member having to apologize to everyone for their mistakes. I work in fast food I can definitely understand but this is not okay. Own up to it don’t be rude. I even gave back my tacos I won’t eat them without the sour cream or tomatoes. Hence why I upgraded them. Give that boy a raise in the front. He definitely deserves it having to deal with all of that on his own. The cook seemed nice to when he handed back the right tacos. Think maybe he was new and or was training.
