I came here a couple weeks ago and my bill was 8.99 for 2 drinks and i handed the guy a $50 and he accidentally pressed $20 on the register then didnt know the math and when i told him the change is $41.01 he said “well the calculator will be the judge of that.” I then said sarcastically “it’s just basic math.” he replied with “well most people wouldnt be able to do that math that quick.” i just didnt say anything and thought in my head “okay whatever kid”…. flash forward to today i came in with my girlfriend and we ordered 2 drinks, one was the frozen hot chocolate and the other was a smores iced coffee, the 2 guys working were smelling the chocolate drizzle in the cup as if it smelled weird. the one guy even mentioned “I cleaned it 2 weeks ago” (which they are supposed to be cleaned daily… or atleast thats what youd expect) i then leaned over to my girlfriend and said quietly “were not coming here ever again” i then got the drink and we both tried it and it didnt taste bad however, when we started driving she lifted the lid and we smelled it, and i have never been more horrified in my life, it smelled like the grease traps of mcdonalds, i was so disgusted i made an illegal k-turn in the middle of the road and drove back and demanded a refund. the guy who said that he cleaned the pump 2 weeks ago tried saying “thats how mocha smells” i repsonded “No, mocha smells like chocolate, and thats not chocolate smelling” then he responded with “well did it taste good” and i just stopped talking after that. I didnt even think about my own drink until after i finished it, and to be very frank… i have been on the toilet for the last 2 hours… i have called the health department and left a voicemail and will be calling them again tuesday morning (due to labor day). you have lost a customer at this place (not that i went there a lot) and i hope you...
Read moreI wish there was a rating for 0 stars as some say cause this place is terrible and the two girls working there act like they could care less about being there. I was just there around 8-8:30PM 1-12-19 and ordered a dozen donuts, the donuts are rock hard and sold to us anyway. Never once were we told the donuts were bad and I paid 9$ for the dozen. It’s not the money but the principle of the matter and having more integrity to do the right thing. This locations employees knew the donuts were bad and did nothing and had expressions on their faces as though they couldn’t wait to close up and get home. Actually now that I recall they appeared to be closing up early. You’re in the donut business your mind should always be on fresh donuts even when you sleep how can I get to the top and always give my customers the best donuts. Bottom line is they failed, there is no excuse for failure, fix and make it right by always having fresh donuts for future customers, do the job as well as it can be done have pride...
Read moreAt 11:30AM today, I saw who I’m assuming is the supervisor yell at the female employee when she was making my drink. He yelled at her for everything she did and I felt horrible. After she finished making my drink, he decided to sprinkle a LOT of cinnamon at top but I didn’t order cinnamon in my drink. I was upset at how he treated her and the fact that he was the one to ruin my drink. On top of all of this, he was talking with his mask pulled down. It was really disappointing and I don’t think any employees should be...
