I don’t know why I’ve been here over 20 times and haven’t written a review with how awesome they are! Actually I do. I want to be able to get a table here. The restaurant itself is cute rustic Italian. And the men making the pizza are actually Italian. I suggest sitting at the counter to watch them make the pies (and listen to the Italian, swoon), it’s a science. The servers are efficient but welcoming. They do not take reservations unless you’re a party of 6. I did hear a cringe convo between a party expected to be seated but the hostess just sat a party of their size. It must have been a mix up, or 2 parties of 6 made reservations at the same time… either way I’d double check they have your reservation name/time a few days before, cause it gets absolutely packed there at dinner time. And rightfully so. This is my favorite pizza in PA I’ve ever tasted, EVER. It’s chewy and a bit charred and sometimes the middle can get a little soupy with the sauce, but I love that. The margarita pizza is my favorite - I could drink their red pizza sauce. It reminds me so much of my grandmas pizza who immigrated from Bari Italy with a family of 5 kids and no English. I love supporting this family owned pizza shop! They have salads and pasta dishes too, with homemade pasta like their father restaurant vecchia osteria. And they’re BYO! I just wish it was easier to get a table, it would...

If you’re a pizza lover, Acqua e Farina – Brick Oven Pizza is a must-try! From the moment you walk in, you can tell this place is all about quality and authentic Italian flavor. The atmosphere is cozy and modern, with the smell of wood-fired pizza instantly making you hungry.

The pizza here is outstanding—thin, crisp, and perfectly charred from the brick oven. I ordered the Margherita and it was pure perfection. The crust had that beautiful balance of chew and crunch, the tomato sauce was fresh and flavorful, and the mozzarella melted just right. You can tell they use high-quality ingredients and traditional methods.

We also tried the Prosciutto & Arugula pizza, which was just as impressive—savory, fresh, and beautifully balanced with a slight peppery kick from the arugula.

Service was friendly and fast, and the staff made us feel welcome and well taken care of. It’s clear they take pride in both their food and customer experience.

Whether you’re dining in or grabbing takeout, Acqua e Farina delivers some of the best brick oven pizza in the area. This is definitely going to be a regular spot for me!

Don’t forget their Tiramisu. The best...

let me start off by saying the food is top notch. we order from here from work time to time. let me just say my last visit left me pretty frustrated. order went in at 1. i get there around 135. okay i get it maybe lunch is finishing up, maybe you're a little behind, whatever. but literally only a couple of items had been started, i had to sit there for almost an additional 30 minutes for them to finish the food. not a single person came up to me to apologize, to check how i was doing, to do anything at all. i am in the busiest time at my work right now. taking even 30 minutes from my day is not something i have the luxury of. an hour for me to get the food in total time, with 30 minutes having gone by before anyone even started my order. no one tried to contact me to tell me they were behind. literally you can't get any less customer service than nonexistent. lets also mention you cooked the fried calimari first then put it in a container to sit there for 20 minutes while i waited for the rest? do you think that calimari still tasted or looked good when i opened up...

Acqua e Farina is the Best Pizza you can find here! I am Italian (born and moved here in 2008) and when I feeling nostalgic, and I want an authentic Italian pizza this is my place! I have being going to this place since it opened and it never disappointed me. I brought family and friends and everyone was amazed. The atmosphere is also very Italian beautiful small place and cozy with wood oven (si sa la Vera Pizza è sempre a forno a legna) where people still like to talk at the table instead of looking at their cell phones. You may have to wait for the table but I promise it is absolutely worth it! Sal, the owner of the company is a very friendly and professional person. Also the waiters, and hostesses are very attentive and have a human interaction. Give yourself a favor and try the homemade tiramisu or the limoncello cake! They also have branzino, salmone, meatball and other wonderful things! BYOB!! A questo punto godetevi la pizza e buon appetito a tutti!!!

Seriously so good! Everything tasted fresh and authentic, and it’s BYOB, which is great too. We got the ciambotta and a white pizza (pictured) that was one of their specials. For dessert we had the mini cannoli and tiramisu, which was hands down the best tiramisu I’ve ever had; it was so light and balanced in flavor. By the time we went for dinner at 8:00 on a Saturday night, they only had a couple tables and spots at the bar open, so as others have mentioned, it’s definitely a busy place. That being said, it’s busy for a reason! Worth the wait imo. Even though it was pretty crowded, the wait staff and pizzaiolos managed it very well and it didn’t impact our dining experience. The parking lot, which is behind the restaurant/off the side street, is very small, but there seems to be some overflow at the business across the street, so just be mindful of that. Overall, it was a positive experience and I’m looking forward to dining here again. A+

Christmas Eve 7 fishes dinner! 2021 We had to cancel our traditional family dinner due to some covid complications so we were scrambling to find place to eat... And spending our night at Aqua e Farina was an amazing experience... Appetizer: The octopus salad was delicious. The ingredients were fresh. Entrees: The seafood medley over rigatoni pasta was very fresh and satisfying. My mom and my sister got the lobster over homemade linguine. This did not disappoint. Dessert: We got the homemade donuts with Nutella. This is hands down the most delicious dessert I've had in a while. We also got the homemade pistachio cake. This was light and refreshing. The ingredients were so fresh.
