Burger King — Restaurant in Niceville

I am so over this location! How about you don’t promote and advertise “Burgers for Breakfast” if you’re not actually going to HAVE Burgers to serve? Do you want to know WHY there weren’t any Burgers for Breakfast? Because once again, “someone” forgot to turn the broiler on…again!!

This is multiple times at the same location! This isn’t even a mater of not being adequately staffed!!

There’s a person at the counter, and TWO people wearing Management Uniforms standing around, and STILL someone didn’t turn on the broiler!!

The same manager who waits on me twice a week didn’t even come up to the counter to tell me, even though he waved at me from the back!! I wonder why?? Possibly because he knew I was gonna be upset!! Possibly because I’ve expressed to him before that it’s ridiculous that you can forget to turn on the broiler??

And I’m not talking about coming in at 6:30 am and wanting a burger!! I’m talking about 9:00 am!!!

Is it REALLY that difficult to flip on the broiler?? I have to believe it’s actually someone’s responsibility to flip that switch? But maybe not??

OR, the other option would be to NOT advertise that you serve burgers at 9am!!

I will not be back at this establishment!! I’m assuming since I’m generally the only customer at this store when I come here, that it should bother whoever runs this place?? But who knows, maybe it won’t matter to them, and maybe THAT’S why there’s never any other...

Went through drive thru to get my order. The place was not that busy? When ordering my meals, I had ask if their milkshake machine was working or not? And of course, it was not working. That's 3 times within a month of going here and of course, its never working?! Then after getting my order done, me and the customer in front of me had to go to the front of the building to park and they would bring our orders out. Wait was not long but when I received my order, I got home and to my astonishment, my order was bagged very poorly! Two of my burgers was out of the wrapper and the french fries was upside down and spilled inside the bag?!! Guess I'll message corporate about this establishment. I'm guessing management aren't doing their job to keep up the business establishment up to par. Guess they all just wanna just collect a paycheck and not take pride in the work ethics. Good for me, I can go to another place to get burgers and milkshakes elsewhere! Thanks to this establishment, you lost a loyal...

HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!! Do you understand what I think of this place? I suffered through HORRIBLE servers, hot food that was cold, cold food that was hot, but the last straw came in the form of a friend who got a job there. He invited me to come behind the counter one evening so he could show me how dirty this place is, and it was DISGUSTING! There were dead roaches laying around, the floor hadn't been cleaned in ages, the food prep area is filthy! The year before I got really sick after eating there, now I know why! My friend quit even though he needed the job because it disgusted him how his coworkers would treat peoples food. The night he quit he said these guys were playing a game to see who could do the most disgusting thing with an order, needless to say the winner involved a whopper & male genitalia. Like I said,...
