If I could leave 0 stars I definitely would! Customer service was horrible. There was a mishap with the payment when checking out at the register and the first young lady said something happened with the payment however money was taken off my card and I guess she called over the rudest manager and with an attitude she said nothing came off the card and I literally showed her on my account and she said still with an attitude and pizza dough in her hands touching the register (unsanitary) and started rolling her neck and getting even louder with me and when I corrected her in the way she was talking to me she tried snatching the pizza from me and told me to get out the store and have a nice day. This place is absolutely amazing. I’ve lived here for about 18 years an I’ve never had a complaint. I wanted to make a special shoutout to our driver tonight. Unfortunately I forgot to catch his name but because of our frequent (not proud of it) times we’ve ordered the deliver driver remembered I had a dog and has started bringing milk bones with him. He even thought to ask at the door about my pup when he didn’t see him immediately. It’s people and service like this that turns a chain name into a local hot spot. Service and food have been incredible lately! I'll admit it has been a months if not years since I went to a Papa Johns but one day the craving struck me and I decided to give it a shot. I requested extra sauce on the pizza I built in the app fully expecting it to be ignored like it usually is at other places. But lo and behold, when I picked up my pizza it was perfectly laden with extra sauce. The bake was perfect. And toppings were good. I was so impressed I called the store back to compliment them on such a good job making the pizza. They're definitely a small and humble crew...
